This city spa resort welcomes holidaymakers and business travellers alike, with a wide array of facilities available. Business guests can take advantage of the well-equipped conference facilities which are offered by this establishment. After a busy day, guests can retire to their fully furnished rooms which offer a spectacular view of the Atlas Mountains from the balcony.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

14 Nights of Exceptional Hospitality – I’m Coming Back!
I’ve just returned from an absolutely wonderful 14-night stay at the Kenzi Menara Palace in Marrakesh, and I can honestly say I enjoyed every minute of it.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted in such a professional, warm and welcoming way, with everything explained clearly. It was the perfect start to what turned out to be a fantastic and incredibly relaxing two weeks.
My room was clean, comfortable and very well appointed, with a lovely view overlooking the beautifully maintained gardens. The towel art from housekeeping was enjoyable. The grounds throughout the hotel are immaculate, and the pool area is a wonderful place to relax and unwind.
I also made good use of the Spa and enjoyed a couple of fantastic hammam body scrubs and massages — absolutely wonderful and a real highlight of my stay.
Dining at the Insensé Restaurant was always a pleasure, with plenty of choice and something tasty to enjoy every day. I didn't actually get around to trying the à la carte restaurants, as there was more than enough to tempt me at Insensé! The Orientalist Bar is also a lovely, comfortable place to relax and enjoy an evening.
But what really makes the Kenzi Menara Palace special is its people.
Every member of staff I encountered greeted me with a smile and was genuinely happy to help. The hospitality throughout the hotel was exceptional.
I have to give a special mention to Abdellah in the Main Bar, who was always incredibly welcoming and provided first-class service, and Douae at the Pool Bar, who was always smiling and happy to help. Both are a first-class example of what the word “Hospitality” really means, and they are a real credit to the hotel.
And finally, no visit to the Kenzi Menara Palace would be complete without an encounter with Sharif!
Sharif arranged all of my trips and excursions during my stay, and everything was organised perfectly. The cars arrived on time, the guides were friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices were very reasonable.
If you're staying here, do the balloon flight! It's an experience you definitely shouldn't miss while you're in Marrakesh.
A huge THANK YOU to everyone at the Kenzi Menara Palace for making my two weeks so enjoyable, relaxing and memorable.
I enjoyed it so much that I’m already coming back...

favourite place of all time I have many memories with it too and every summer I always come to it the experience is just unmatched🙈 And the entertainment by pitchou and Ilyas and abdel was the best he was super fun and i had the best time with him😁

Very tired hotel and reception is horrendous
First day they allocated us the wrong rooms There is a roof top bar next to the hotel that keeps you awake till 3in the morning Be well aware of the poor all inclusive It does not include snacks ie pizzas or burgers at the pool bar and all inclusive is only in the over crowded canteen and the food and queues are horrendous Our shower flooded the whole hotel room and the iron which we had to ask for 3 times gave my wife electric shock My wife is still recovering from her fall from the flooding room This hotel is not a 5 star and if I’m honest is 3 star at best Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and dangerous I’ve got photos and videos and will upload
