A wonderful stay
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the hospitality was warm, and the service was great from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better.
I would also like to take a moment to thank the IT Manager for his exceptional help when I had a very serious technical issue with my computer during my stay. His professionalism and kindness really stood out, and I truly appreciate his support.
Overall, a great experience with an amazing team. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!
Nothing to shout about.
I would describe this hotel as 'okay'. The hotel room we had was quite dated. It is a shame as i think that regular maintenance could easily keep this hotel feeling updated. We had a room which looked out to the left side of the hotel. The floor and bathroom was tired and worn out. The fridge in the room did not work. The grounds around the pool were pleasant. Again, regular upkeep would easily elevate this. For example, there was a shortage of sunbeds, yet there were plenty of loungers not in use as they were unclean (bird poo and dusty). Most hotels i have stayed in tend to wash everything dowm after pools close ready for the next day, but was not the case here.
I felt the vibe of this hotel was very transactional and certainly not very customer orientated. Barely felt acknowledged by most of the staff during our 4 night stay. In comparison, we stayed 1 night in a riad after checking out from his hotel and had a much better experience. It is very unlikely that i would stay here again.
A great end to a long week of travel
The restaurant Terazza Delle Rose was fantastic Italian cuisine. Chef and waiter staff amazing. Best food ive had in morocco over the past 7 days!! Outstanding. The kenzi spa massage was excellent. Pool facilities wonderful.

Great entertainment at Kensi Rose garden!
I had a wonderfull time at kenzi rose garden in marrakech especially with the coach team rachid, siham and Ibrahim. They made us have a great experience. They have man activiteit and we enjoyed all of these activiteit. The hotel is very clean, great service and help you in any way they can. I will absolute return to Kenzi rose garden!
