This hotel is situated in the heart of Marrakech, and in the immediate vicinity of the Jemaa el-Fna Square which abounds with souks, restaurants, food stalls and cafes. Places of interest and landmarks are plentiful such as the El Badi Palace, Ourika Valley and the Jardin Majorelle. Visitors can also enjoy a relaxing drive in the local caleche, horse drawn carriages. Facilities include two outdoor pools, one is heated in winter, clay tennis court and a spa offering a variety of massages, treatments and therapies. There are three restaurants including one serving Indian food and two bars, one in the lobby and one by the pool. .The rooms are all spacious and attractively furnished in a contemporary style with Arabic details. They have balconies or terraces with pool or garden views, air-conditioning and satellite television. Some have whirlpool baths.

Great experience
Very nice experience lovely Karim is excellent and full of every. His enthusiasm is catching and he has a real passion for hospitality. He makes our visits worthwhile, happy and great fun.

Good hotel in a great location
1st the positives, great location, lovely staff and good activities throughout the day. Gardens are lovely and so long as you don't want to be at the pool there are plenty of sun beds and areas to use them. My negative would be mainly on the alcohol, I am not a big drinker but like to have drinks on holiday - the alcohol menu is limited and the 'premium' drinks and cocktails are very expensive - typically 10dm. The AI cocktails were not great so, wouldn't have crossed my mind to pay for premium (I have stayed in other TUI Blue without this issue). The hotel actually ran out of lager and vodka one night causing eventually most of the spirits to be used, by 11pm the bar was very quiet! Apart from water there is no drink in the room, if you use your water you need to take the empty bottle to a bar to be refilled, there are no bottles of any size handed out - I applaud the eco credentials but give out a reusable bottle to each guest on check in and have water stations or, inform us to bring a bottle. Food via the buffet for breakfast and dinner was a good selection and was kept stocked. Overall I would stay here again but, with lower expectations (my expectation was high) - it was enjoyable but, compared to other recent experiences it just missed the mark for maximum score.
