I can’t fault this hotel I got an excellent deal through TUI and in reality you get what you pay for I was on a bed and breakfast package and for me the breakfast was excellent Not a lot of choice but the pastries were extremely fresh, olives, breads , preserves orange cordial ( not juice) , coffee The room was traditional and spotless Although I would have preferred a kettle so that I could have made a coffee at 5am when I wake up as the breakfast doesn’t start until 7am Bathroom/shower perfectly clean with soaps/ shampoos and hair dryer Staff in the hotel were extremely helpful and polite Pool was clean and quiet ( maybe it was the time of year) I would say it’s more suitable for solo travellers or couples that don’t want to party through the night!!! The area that it is in may not look the best but it has amazing restaurants for all pallets in walking distance and the main square is a 45 minute walk away which I would not recommend in August because of the heat ….Get a cab which costs approximately 20 dirhams All in all and I’m planning on coming back in November

Unfortunately they was filling up the swimming pool so I've gone for shower after travelling no water? Not impressed the handle going outside balcony came off in my hand? And this is the thing was I had to ask them for water in one day 112 hot 🔥? My point is I actually love the people who work there but basuc thing s no ideal? Like print off boarding pass reception printer not working? But amazing staff?? Just looks like the manager? Or owner doesn't care

This was a great hotel for its location to a large supermarket, Starbucks, restaurants, ATMs, Hammams.

Mini break
In its heyday I’m sure this was a beautiful hotel . The decor is very traditional and quite beautiful but in need of tlc, bathrooms in need of refurb. Beds are comfy and for its location it’s quite peaceful inside. Breakfast is pretty awful unless you are happy with a hot drink and pastry . Rest on offer is just inedible . Hairdryer works for about 2 mins then cuts off. Pool is a nice addition but in shade a lot of the day due to high buildings . Tiles and showers are broken and uneven . Great situation , easy walk to few nice French restaurants and 20 mins walk to Souks, botanical gardens.
Riad Stay in Marrakesh
The rooms were lovely and the staff very helpful carrying our bags to our rooms. The location was great and the air con was very effective. It was nice to have a fridge in the room.
The food was very average and the coffee was impossible to drink.
