The unique open dining area combines a restaurant, lounge and bar and serves organic meat and fish. The hotel also features an aquarium swimming pool, an expansive patio with sun beds, a fitness center, a spa and a ballroom, and 10 meeting rooms for business events.
We chose the Radisson Marrakech as the final stop of a two-week family holiday, and as a returning rewards member I had high expectations after a good previous stay. Sadly, this visit fell well short.
Our suite had multiple faults on arrival. A flickering en-suite light, a non-working shower light (leaving the shower in darkness), a broken key-fob panel and a broken iron. Over the following days more problems appeared: an unusable guest toilet, a fridge that didn't cool, and balcony chairs that stayed dusty throughout.
The staff were consistently polite and apologetic, and the duty manager was candid in admitting the room should never have been assigned to us. The problem was follow-through: repairs were promised daily and repeatedly not delivered, and the general manager's promised follow-up before departure never came.
Credit to the individual team members for their courtesy, but for a brand of this standing and a loyalty member, this was a genuinely disappointing experience.
Had a lovely stay.. The property is situated in the centre of the city.. a small shopping mall right next to the Hotel.. Mr Khalid at the reception was very helpful.. A good place to stay in Marrakesh for sure 😊
I absolutely loved my room; it was wonderfully spacious and featured a generously sized shower. The housekeeping was faultless, with the room kept immaculately clean throughout my stay. There were a couple of minor drawbacks regarding the location of the room: the view was rather underwhelming, and it was quite a long walk down the corridor from the lifts, which themselves felt a little dated. The food at the hotel was a definite highlight. The breakfast service was lovely, boasting loads of options to choose from, and the lunch I had at the hotel was equally good. The swimming pool area is a fantastic place to relax, enhanced by a beautifully maintained rooftop garden where herbs and flowers are grown. To top it all off, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. A highly pleasant stay overall.
Hotel in good location for the city. We were here in half term (UK) and hotel was very very busy. Breakfast was chaotic although choice was good. Pool/outside area is big but the sunbed area is small so you will struggle to find a bed especially if there is more than 1 of you. Rooms are OK (family suite terrace) with a lovely big balcony. Air con effective. Food off menu is decent but found service painfully slow (staff work very hard though). Gym and spa looked nice although I didn't use them. Underneath the hotel is a shopping mall with a Carrefour (French style) supermarket that has everything you could need.
I just get the impression there are too many rooms thus too many people compared to the facilities available.
Perfectly located in the heart of Gueliz, the hotel offers easy access to shops, restaurants, and the vibrant urban life of Marrakech.... The service is excellent ...professional, attentive, and always welcoming It was a nice stay in marrakesh
