Having worked in luxury hospitality for many years and having had the opportunity to visit and experience numerous luxury hotels around the world, I can honestly say that Royal Mansour Marrakech is in a category of its own.
What makes Royal Mansour truly special is its unique DNA. It is not simply a beautiful luxury hotel. It is a remarkable expression of Moroccan hospitality, architecture, craftsmanship and culture, brought together with an exceptionally high level of professionalism.
The attention to detail is remarkable, but what impressed me most was the human element behind the experience. The combination of genuine Moroccan hospitality, refined service standards and highly professional people creates something that is difficult to replicate.
I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Pierre, who welcomed me during my visit. From the very first moment, he made me feel genuinely welcome. His warmth, professionalism, generosity and passion for hospitality were exceptional. He took the time to exchange with me as a fellow hospitality professional and made the visit both inspiring and memorable.
After many years in the industry and many travels, I can confidently say that Royal Mansour has something very few luxury hotels manage to create: a genuine sense of identity and soul.
Royal Mansour is not simply a luxury hotel. It is a true celebration of Moroccan hospitality and a destination in itself.
A sincere thank you to Pierre and the entire Royal Mansour team for such a memorable welcome.
This may just be the best hotel in the world. The room space and design is truly unparalleled. Every restaurant is life changing and the relaxed bar is the perfect place to unwind. The spa is lovely too and getting lost in the gardens is simply a treat at every corner.
Delivers an experience that feels completely unique. Staying in a private riad offered an incredible sense of privacy, with exquisite Moroccan craftsmanship at every turn and service that was warm, intuitive, and flawlessly executed.
The dining was a highlight throughout my stay. Breakfast featured an exceptional selection of Moroccan specialties alongside fresh pastries, seasonal fruit, made-to-order egg dishes, and fresh juices. Dinner at La Grande Table Marocaine was unforgettable. The seafood pastilla was beautifully balanced, the slow-cooked lamb tagine with artichokes and peas was outstanding, and the traditional Friday couscous is worth planning your stay around. Portions are generous, the wine pairings are thoughtfully curated, and the cocktail bar is the perfect place to begin or end the evening.
The spa is every bit as spectacular as the photos, with its serene white atrium, exceptional traditional hammam, beautiful indoor pool, and tranquil relaxation areas. I also appreciated the modern fitness center, which is spacious, well-equipped, and ideal for maintaining a workout routine.
Every detail, from the accommodations to the dining and wellness experiences, felt meticulously considered. It's one of those rare hotels that fully lives up to its reputation. It's one of the most breathtakingly beautiful hotels i have ever been blessed to stay at.
Central Marrakech, but an oasis amongst the hubub. A short walk to the souk and square and so peaceful. No noise whatsoever from the streets and town.
Absolute luxury and amazing attention to detail. Every room is a riyad of its own - we had 3 floors (living room, bedroom and roof terrace with plunge pool). Amazing decor!
Amazing fresh seafood at Le Jardin terrace restaurant where we ate both evenings.
A BIG lavish treat, but worth it. Not cheap, but you can see why - it's head and shoulders above anything else in Marrakech.
This property was a delight from the moment we arrived to when we departed ! It was a dream!
