This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to, our room was filthy, the customer service was poor. We arrived from the airport at 12noon they told us we had to wait until 3pm to go to the room as check-in time was 3 so we had to sit around with our bags for a whole 3 hours. When we saw the room it was dirty, the bedding had hole in them, it was so unsanitary I decided I couldn’t stay there we found somewhere else and checked out the same night. There was a big back Tv in our room the ones from the 1980s, overall the place is unclean and outdated and probably shouldn’t be open to the public.
No aircon at this hotel
Be aware there is NO Aircon in the rooms. The temperature was between 33 and 40 degress and was surprised that they didnt have this or any access to fans. As you can imagine in these temperatures it was hard to sleep at night. The rooms are very basic no hair dryer, no iron . The shower head was broken in my room and the tv didnt work. The layout of hotel is very good and the grounds were immaculate with gardeners out all the time. Huge swimming pools was great but the other let down which other people spoke.about is that the bars only ever had one person serving lots of people and being an all inclusive this was painful trying to get a drink. Staff here were lovely but I wouldn't recommend this hotel purely on the basis of no aircon or fans . Food was ok with plenty of selections.

Worst experience ive ever had!@ avoid ! Hotel staff came into our room while I was in the shower to retrieve a safe, dirty, uncooked food, unsafe, ended up i hospital on return home, didn't feel safe at all ! Had to order in every night ! Bed bugs ants extremely rude reception staff 😑
Good, mega value
Brilliant for less than £50 a night all inclusive. Room was good but no aircon, beer was San Miguel, Food - I always managed to eat, the lamb was lovely. The staff on the whole were pleasant and helpful and you might have to wait a moment but you always a get a drink. Animation team were fantastic. I don't know what some of the people complaining expect for less than £50 a night? The sunbed bloke on the hotels private beach, sell tours and will try selling you weed. Don't buy it's crap he will scam you.

Inappropriate conduct
I wrote a post last night to warn people that my 17 year old daughter was inappropriatetouched by a man amd police. And. Court was involved and. How .he was still allowed to be able to stay in. The hotel. And it has not been put on this .page. I will also be writing on trip adviser to warn parents who are wanting to bring there children on hoilday to pre warn then I found it so upsetting how caribeen village still allowed him to stay after this . Amd put my daugter and. Other children at risk . We had 3 occasions where. My too special need children felt. Un safe as a parent this is .totally. un acceptable. Also food and room was not acceptable too
