Worst place I've ever stayed in, waiters constantly bothering any female while you're trying to eat, saying that the food is awful, not very attentive staff either, had to find snack bar ourselves, wasn't told we could also have drinks & try to relax at the other bar, Friday is full of local stalls who won't take no for an answer, pretty much a boozed up Brits place & can get quite boisterous, back to food its the same things every single day for each meal & youre encouraged to eat fast, also if you're not eating within 1st hour of set eating times, then good luck trying to get a decent full meal, entertainment is just a speaker playing music which you can't hear because of the boisterous clientele, whole place is very dated, cleanliness is also an issue & rushed with little staff doing a lot of rooms, if youre looking for a cheap week somewhere to get pissed up then this is your ideal hotel

Worst hotel ever. But Morroco was pretty nice buildings and architecture and beach promenade bars trying to rip you off
Absolutely not what you expect from pictures was expecting a 3 star but this hotel is not 3 star and I have stayed in many. Hotel is not 25 mins from airport 1hr 40 then dropped off between shops no identifiable entrance. Reception. Took an hr to check in staff barely speak English and are rude and unwelcoming
Rooms absolutely shocking pics sent to love holidays Patios don’t shut or lock tatty too Yale locks given wrong key to start then shared room no other key available Shower s filthy and dirty ingrained dirt leaking onto floor bedroom broken doors and draws. Grubby yellow pillows no pillowcases or towels on arrival. And every day had to go to reception to request fresh towels floors filthy after having shower if didn’t put shoes on feet black immediately. Spoke to receptionist. And rep re state place lots steps broken tiles around pool smelt of dirty mops and drains everywhere at hotel, Resturants staff rude and unhelpful paper cups for drinks hot ones too! Only one bar at pool no order some men serving rude and telling women to shut up not serving till all men served. Again paper cups alcohol 1cm in bottom cup filled with ice and coke no choice cocktail. Cup only filled a third full ques unbelievable. Not all inclusive unless want bottle lager. Don’t serve bottles of water only water from a dirty rusty water pump. Of own water from mains not safe to drink No tea available until meal time Persistent refusal to serve in shop if didn’t have a small note. Aggressive taxi drivers outside changing price all the time.

good location and friendly staff, now here is the problem with this place, rooms were very very not up to standard what you pay for. had no aircon or anything and had to keep my back door constantly open to actually get air in especially when it was like 40 degree weather, dirty shower and alot of ants, quite possibly the worst room ive stayed in out of every country ive been to. you dont get what you paid for the food was absolutely awful to the point i would have 2 things of my plate and most of it was chips which were by the way freezing whenever we got them, the food had also made me sick so that was somethin.. with the food also it was very repetative and u would hope to be warm atleast, i wouldnt really like to microwave my meal which i would hope would be up to standard anyway. the bar staff are possibly the worst bar staff ive seen, i would be waiting there for a good 10 mins and some woman comes up and gets served straight away.. so proffesional of them. there was no ice barely and i had seen a ice machine at the back which looked full of ice. warm drinks but atleast there was cold beer which would be cold until 2 mins after and if you did get ice they would either give you one piece or 2, i get it can get busy but everyone would like their drinks cold in that kind of weather. the animation staff were friendly with everyone atleast but want to flirt with women instead of focusing of their job sometimes.. and also they are very picky with guests in the dining area, tried to sit down in alot of places and got told no instantly cause there was a bowl of fruit on it??? so what im not gonna eat some dry fruit anyway, so i was walking round like an absolute melon with a plate of some food around... which was cold as i said.. and found the entertainment... entertaining atleast. the air stunk like sewers also which was not nice.. i wouldnt come back personally to this hotel as its run down and seriously needs some refurbishment of all sorts, looked like its not really been touched since 1986 when it first opened. also do a touch up of the rooms, im sure more AC wouldnt do no harm.
Dont expect luxuary,You get what you pay for.The gardens pools& especially all the staff are so friendly and helpful.food is ok,
Everything great,other than Rooms.Wifi only in Public areas.Not gauranteed airconditioning, I had to beg for it.Rooms badly need updating Doors need replacing,v poor decor Cleaning staff in fairness do a great job everyday.Beds are clean & comfortable Our shower was good & always worked but alot of customers were complaing about water cold.Food was ok but bit repetitive.hygine wasnt great but staff in dining areas, couldnt do enough for you & very friendly Good variety of alcoholic & soft drinks,Ques at pool bar sometimes a prob but staff done theyre best 5 lovely swimming pools.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE YOU WILL REGRET IT 100%
So bad bed was so hard but dont worry you won't sleep at night here not a clean hotel and the food we if you can eat it your lucky as dont think the roaming dog will even eat it
