Wow, where to start? The room was filthy, floors had bits of chewing gum stuck everywhere, hairs everywhere. No aircon, no WIFI in the rooms. The beds/sheets were stained & had holes in them. I had to clean the shelves to put my clothes etc on the, they hadn't being cleaned in a very long time. Curtains where disgusting. Balcony was destroyed in bird feces. The bathroom & especially the toilet was disgusting :( The shower didn't work properly. The sink keep blocking & took ages to drain. The tap & shower head was so old & manky. I had to purchase towels in the shop because the towels were out dated, stained & even had holes. Everything in the room was dirty, walls, switches & the light fixtures were hanging from the wall. No mini fridge & WIFI only worked at reception !! The tv was a big tv from the 90's. That was filthy too. with 1 English channel of around 6 or 7 channels. The Restaurant: Every table & chair we sat on was dirty & sticky. Couldn't get delf, had to approach staff to get some. I had to clean the delf every time! The food was slop, reheated & always cold. Pasta came out in big storage containers & re-heated on a frying pan!!! Q's for everything. No water in the restaurant. The soft drinks were warm!!! We used little paper cups. I just bought water in the shop. After 2 days of trying the food we had our main meals outside of the hotel like so many others. Every one complained about the food, it was disgusting. The Pools: this was the only reason we manged to enjoy anything about the hotel. Plenty of pools. Pool areas were not that clean, cigarette butts, plastic cups & papers around but my son & I enjoyed the swimming. Positives: The staff were nice & the pools were nice. The beach/pier: a 10 minute walk away which was amazing, people were friendly. Water park was only 15 minutes in a taxi away. We went twice, it was amazing. The toilets beside 1 of the pools had human feces all over the floor!!! It was a family orientated hotel so there was noise at night but that didn't bother us at all. Definitely not worth the money.
Atmosphere was good & staff were friendly.
We will never go back there again & I cant honestly recommend the place to anyone.
We loved our holiday at el pueblo tamlelt. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The entertainment was very good and everyone seemed to enjoy it. The staff work very hard and deserve credit for this. The pools are clean and well looked after. The food was delicious, plenty to choose from. The rooms are dated but I didn’t matter to us, we didn't come on holiday to spend time in the room. Please remember to tip the staff, even if it’s a small amount, they really appreciate it and deserve it. I will definitely return next year. Agadir sun dance at 12 every day…. You will know the routine before you leave. 😜
A lot of the trip was horrible. The location was good for beach but it was noisy roads and not a lot of nightlife or shop options. The tourist strip was all the same stuff. The atmosphere was uncomfortable. If you tip enough they will look your way, otherwise the people that work there don’t pay attention. There was staff arguing during dinner sometimes? It was value. There was no air con ( in Morocco!!!) and no mosquito nets so either you get eaten alive or die of the heat in your room. The sun beds you had to find non broken ones. It took 25 minutes to get served at the bar each time and you just had to shout your order and hope the made it. Everyone gets upset at the bar because there is no structure to wait times. No lifts for high floors. Drinks were basic Our balcony was broken and almost hanging off. There was dirty cats everywhere- even around the restaurant.
well what can you say about this place apart from it was cheap but bless the lord it is a complete s+++ hole doesn't even have basic sanitation like hot water , the hotel is very dirty and out dated we moved rooms 3 times due to cockroaches/ants. food very bland only positive the bar staff friendly , wouldn't go back if it was free
this hotel is amazing especially the animation team. Hiba Salma and Hamza were the best people from the animation team id ever met. i will say the food is really bad it is cold and not alot of options but the animation team made the holiday the best i really recommend this hotel if you prefer to eat out rather than eating in the hotel. i will say our room did smell very bad i was in room L31 and it smelled like sewer and mouldy cabbage. but overall its a really good budget hotel. (p.s dont go in the pool if you dont want to turn green as they use copper instead of chlorine as a cheaper alternative)
