What a fantastic Hotel. We have never been to Agadir previously and were very surprised at the Hotel. We went for 2 weeks and were given a room that was accessible for wheelchairs (as I am in one 24/7) and we were very surprised at the size of the room. The patio doors were easy to open and there was a permanent ramp built into the ledge so I could go out onto our balcony. That is a first so well done for that. Our room overlooked the pool and a little sea view. The room was cleaned every day. The towels where slightly off white but clean. The bathroom was quite easy to navigate in my wheelchair as was the whole room. All of the hotel was very clean. We never came across any bad staff and some could not do enough for us even as far as keeping us a table so we wasn't in anyone’s way for meals. We was waited on nearly every meal time and he even knew what drinks we wanted. I broke my reading glasses and a member of staff got them fixed for me. There is entertainment on from morning till 23:00. All I can say is thank you to all the staff at the Hotel for being so nice and friendly with us and the Hotel for being so clean and tidy. The location was not to our liking as we like to go round shops and they did not exist. Not the Hotels fault at all. One last thing. If anyone does like shopping, go to the Souk El Had. It’s a massive indoor market not far from the Hotel. We went 3 or 4 times as it has up to 6000 stalls/shops. If anyone does go. BARTER. Lastly the food was plentiful. I even tried Moroccan food and a fresh Oyster for the first time

The room was very spacious. There are no kettle facilities in the room so if you like a drink i suggest taking a travel kettle. Bathroom was very roomy also. 2 massive pools and little part sectioned off for water polo which was good as you don't have the ball bouncing on you when you trying to relax. There is also a baby pool. Food:- We arrived at 9pm on a Sunday. We were asked if we wanted early dining (6.30pm - 8.15pm) or late dining (8.30pm - 9.45pm). We opted for early dining. Food was amazing. There was so much to choose from. Breakfast was pancakes, omelette, boiled eggs, scrambled egg, cereal, bread, bacon (if you could call it that), meats as well as traditional Moroccon breakfasts. Lunch was taggines, chips, pizza, grill doing fish and meat, pasta, salads etc Evening meal was the same as lunch with different meats on the grill. Soup available also. There is something to eat even for the most picky person. Snack bar which is by the pools was open from 12ish till 2.30pm then opened back up a little later. This had burgers, sausages, salad, pasta, pizza, chips, ice cream and cakes. Entertainment Staff very friendly and games didn't start till around 11.30am which was very nice, volleyball on the sand, archery, water polo etc. There was a games room which has a game console to play fifa. Bars were very nice and friendly staff at both of them. We didn't go to the entertainment but stayed at the bar with a singer which was nice. Taxi are available outside the hotel. Make sure you get your price before you get in the taxi. Red taxi's are slightly cheaper than the white taxi as these are slightly bigger. There is souk nearby that is around 20mins from the hotel. Go out the back and along the walkway. It's mainly restaurants along the front with the odd shop. The main souk is a taxi ride about 30 dirhams. Again make sure you get your price before getting in. The souk is massive selling everything you could possible want. I cannot find any fault with this hotel or the staff as all were very friendly. I did loose my mobile phone either getting in or out of the taxi and the hotel staff/security were very helpful. I even has a taxi driver take me to the Taxi Police to report it but sadly never did get it back. The hotel staff asked every day if i had found it in the hope that it would be returned. I would definitely go back to this hotel again.
