Deep Bay - Feel Safe Swimming Place for All the Family
Actually, we went in Sept "25. Enjoyed our time. Deep Bay was Great for Swimming, Walking, Kayaking to the sunken Andes British Steamship, 3 Masts, sank in June 1905, all Crew Survived, the protected wreck is submerged in 9 meters (30 feet) of water. We actually stayed at another Hotel this Sept'26, just returned today 21st Sept'26 & we did a Snorkeling visit over the Andes shipwreck.
Royalton Gym
Lady J yoga classes were fantastic, but equally great were the body toning and TRX classes. Big shout out also to Mr Awesome, he was ideal for a yoga newbie like me. If you’re staying at the Royalton I would recommend taking at least one class, and after that you’ll probably want to take more.
Wonderful solo experience
This was my second visit to Royalton, the first time was in May 2024 for a convention. It was very busy at that time. This visit the hotel was very quiet as it was low season. Both face basins in my room were slow running, but the bathroom was clean and the room was a nice size and very comfortable. Most of the evening meals were served in the steak house restaurant. Each evening the meal came out with the sides hot and the meat Luke warm or cold.. The staff are all wonderful, very helpful, smiling and attentive, nothing is too much. The check-in and checkout was seamless. I stopped at the coffee shop on my way to checkout and left my luggage outside and one of the ladies from guest services came and took them to the front of the hotel. The hotel is well landscaped and communal areas are constantly being cleaned. Transfer to and from the hotel was very well organised. The hotel is nestled in a bay so waters are calm abd views are beautiful. My package was definitely worth the money, I was able to travel premium economy which made the package a bargain. The mini bar is restocked each day as part of the all inclusive package. The room design and style matched what I expected from the property. I had an ocean view overlooking landscaped gardens and a small hill with villas nestled in the hills, very beautiful. It is easy to move around on the island. I mainly took taxis.
A Piece of Paradise
Our experience was so wonderful! Our butlers, Shauna-Kay and Marcus made our experience so perfect. 10/10 service from them! They answered our messages in a timely manner and did whatever we needed/asked of them. They always had a smile and treated us like family. On top of that, all the staff were so friendly. Everyone greeted us with a smile and were happy to serve us. The resort is clean and family friendly. We definitely want to come back here again. But, we wouldn’t come back here without butlers Marcus and Shauna-Kay. They definitely made our trip the best it could be. We couldn’t recommend those two more!!
Simply amazing!
Royalton Antigua is nothing short of amazing! From the moment we got here everything has been well above anything we were expecting! From the butler service (Earl is THE BEST!) to the stocked bar to the chocolate covered strawberries and champagne on our arrival, they’ve always treated us like royalty! We quickly befriended Earl and looked forward to our daily jokes/banter with him. The restaurants are great, the Culinary Experience promised to be our best meal ever and they did NOT disappoint! Just make sure to go hungry! The island is gorgeous, the excursions were fun and informative, and the crystal clear water and fish watching is captivating. The worst part of the whole trip is having to leave.
