This newly renovated, luxury beachfront, all-inclusive resort features what many guests say is the best view on the South Coast of Barbados. Nestled on a secluded corner of the south coast of Barbados, this enchanting property is fortunate to have access to two beaches as well as a spectacular view of Oistins Bay. This fabulous establishment is fortunate to be spread over 2.5 acres of lush tropical gardens with mature palms and coconut trees. Also adding to the spectacular beauty of this property is the 1000 feet of beach frontage, which allows guests to have ocean views from just about everywhere on the property. Guests may completely unwind in the spacious and tastefully appointed rooms. Each of them comes with modern comforts to afford truly enjoyable stay. Visitors may pamper their taste buds with enticing dishes served at the 5 hotel's restaurants. There are 2 pools and 2 jacuzzis for adults only and a family pool where children and their parents may luxuriate on warm days.

Another amazing stay at Sea Breeze Beach House
This was our 4th stay at Sea Breeze. Despite the last time being in 2022, many of the longstanding staff still recognised us. We had a relaxing time - which was what we needed. The service is always exceptional—a wonderful blend of professionalism, warmth and genuine care.
Maria, Kim and Sheree have a remarkable way of welcoming us not simply as guests, but as family. These three women, in particular, became such an important part of our days and truly brought the spirit of Sea Breeze hospitality to life. In the restaurants, they seemed to light up the room, moving effortlessly among the guests to make sure everyone felt happy, cared for and included, always taking the time to stop, chat and make each of us feel special. There was also Xavier and Shaqan who also provided top notch service. We always had fantastic tables overlooking the sea for breakfast and dinner. At the bar, we had the wonderful Roger, Kothvert, Marcia, Omar and Cassie - so lively and fun. Roger with his stories and the entre team just a joy to be around. No cocktail was a challenge -true mixologists.
We had a fabulous ambassador in Fabien - charming, fun and so personable.
Our suite was maintained beautifully by our housekeeper and Wade to the point that there was nothing we could possibly need. All other staff were polite and would always greet us when passing us by. Food was sublime - we had fish for dinner most nights. The chefs are incredible. We enjoyed omelette freshly prepared every morning with one's choice of filling - the breakfast spread was huge and with the ocean view - made our meals taste even more mouthwatering.
Good holiday
We have recently returned from the Sea Breeze and would like to congratulate the staff for their service and friendliness. Having visited 10 years previously we were delighted to meet Kim, Sheree, Marcia, Sharon. Cosbert and others again. However we were staying in the Sea Fan & did find it quite noisy at times. Also the Mahogany & Tipsy bar were unavailable However it must get said that the food was very good, and the above ,mentioned staff were always friendly & happy to help.

Nice location
We stayed for 12 nights at this hotel and had a really good time. I had been before West Coast so we went sightseeing a lot, great fun on the local buses. Met lots of really nice people, almost all repeat customers, some for years who will not be returning. It's a pity the management did not take them more seriously and remedy the many problems . Tipsy Bar closed for renovation, did not see a single person working there during our stay. Hotel was only half full so assume they had let staff go, guess they didn't think about the loss of valued customers I agree with the last review, everything he says is correct regarding the food and sadly I would not stay again. Think it might be time to consider new management.

Our experience was beautiful, but one thing I didn't like was the check in process, it took us almost 1 and a half to check in, we were just sitting there, waiting. That needs to improve. The Hotel is very clean and everyone one was very friendly. The rooms were very spacious. My overall stay was wonderful. Location is perfect, very close to everything. Atmosphere is perfect. The sound of the ocean is amazing to wake up to. Amenities are great. The price of the hotel is great and the food is excellent.
Choose another hotel
This hotel has no atmosphere, the grounds aren’t cleaned very well. On the decking near the sun beds a dead cockroach went unmoved for days. All the upholstery needs a good clean including the rugs in the reception. Everything has a grubby feel. The food was awful, no evening meal buffets and the menu only changed every 3 days meaning I ate the same meal repeatedly. Everybody was complaining and we know at least four couples got compensation from BA, us included. Food at lunchtime in the restaurant was cold, the burners underneath just aren’t strong enough to keep the food warm. The toaster in a morning didn’t work properly. Drinks not chilled, if you ordered a Coke it was served from an already opened bottle so it was flat. Again loads of complaints from people.
No lifeguards around the pool or beach, the sea even at its calmest is still fairly rough.
