excellent stay. We had a great time. lots of activities and things to do. the beach is excellent. and the pool was fantastic.
Hotel from hell
To say this was a holiday from hell was an understatement. Two in our party of 6 had diarrhoea. The food is diabolical the rooms are disgusting and to top it all off the second week we were there the toilets overflowed sewage. Staff are rude management don't give a damn. I will never return to this hotel. please please do not come to this hotel. All the drinks are flat they do not replace the gas the food was salty and disgusting and recycled every single day. Watched someone vomit by the pool and a member of staff put a dirty bucket into the pool and washed it down with just water. The grounds smell of vomit constantly because they're not being washed hygienically with a disinfectant, the whole place is a biohazard. TUI need to stop sending holiday makers out to this hotel. It is not anywhere near a five-star more like a three at best. You have been warned!

Overall our stay was good, minus a hotel water issue and a stomach virus 🦠 but with The LORDS help we were able to find some relaxing get away time.
Riu Ocho Rios
Food was good at Ann’s restaurant at this hotel. Entertainment was good. Hotel rooms need refreshing. Bathrooms need replacing. More staff are need to keep the customer areas better maintained. Pool loungers are old a lot of broken loungers these need replacing. Management need to do more to keep the furnishings up to date. Pepe’s food hut gets very busy at lunch times. Another food hut needs to be added to support the demand at this food station. Long waiting times in the hot sun is not ideal for guests. A waitress dropped a whole glass of wine down the back of my mums tshirt it took them 3 days to dry clean and return it after we chased for 3 days. Service was slow and the item was not cleaned properly. As a returning customer the hotel manager should have provided a personal apology.
