⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Second Visit and Somehow Even More Special
This was our second visit to Excellence Oyster Bay, and once again it was an absolutely exceptional experience. The hotel is set in a stunning location, and from the moment you arrive it feels like somewhere very special. We loved our first stay, so we arrived with high expectations, and we certainly weren’t disappointed. The resort is beautiful, the food is fantastic, but what truly sets Excellence Oyster Bay apart is the incredible team and the warmth and personal service they provide.
So many people went above and beyond to make our holiday special.
A particular thank you to Addick at The Lobster House and Oregano, who was absolutely fantastic and looked after us so well throughout our stay. Ricardo on Zenith Beach was another standout, always attentive, friendly and making sure we had everything we needed.
We also received wonderful service from Kemar, Shantel, and Maria, our concierges at Zenith Beach, thank you for taking such great care of us.
Our mornings at Zenith and Magna were always made better by Shadea, front of house at breakfast, whose warm welcome and morning chats were the perfect start to the day. Sasha and Ashanti at Zenith were also fantastic and deserve a special mention for their friendliness, hospitality and excellent service.
Our dining experiences were equally memorable. A huge thank you to Drevon at The Grill and Crystal at Oregano, who both looked after us brilliantly and made our dining experiences even more enjoyable.
If there was one area where we felt there was a little room for improvement, it would be housekeeping. The service wasn’t always quite as consistent as the exceptional standards we experienced elsewhere throughout the resort. This was a relatively minor point in an otherwise wonderful stay, but a little more attention to detail and consistency would make the overall experience even better.
Coming back for a second time really reminded us why we fell in love with Excellence Oyster Bay in the first place. It is undoubtedly a stunning resort, but it’s the people, the exceptional service and those personal touches that make it such a special place to return to.
A heartfelt thank you to Addick, Ricardo, Kemar, Shantel, Maria, Shadea, Sasha, Ashanti, Drevon and Crystal for playing such a big part in making our second stay so memorable.
Another incredible holiday at Excellence Oyster Bay. We returned because we loved it the first time, and after this visit, we’re already looking forward to coming back again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
