Amazing service! The bartender kerrol was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. He made our vacation experience even better with his great personality and positive energy. Our drinks were always perfect, and they truly went above and beyond. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip! 🍹❤️

My Stay at at Ocean Corals Resort
This is my 4th time staying at Ocean Coral, and I always enjoy my stay, especially because of the amazing employees who consistently make me feel so welcomed. At this point, they don’t just feel like employees, they feel like family. ❤️ Firstly, Shannoy… this young lady provides proper, top-tier customer service ALWAYS. There is never a dull moment whenever she is around. Her personality, warmth, and genuine care make such a difference. Then there’s Sashorn. This young lady is the epitome of hospitality. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to ensure guests feel comfortable are truly commendable. Sashorn and Shannoy represent exactly what customer service and professionalism should look like. Although my stay started off a little rocky, these ladies managed to turn the bitter into sweet. They reminded me why I continue to choose Ocean Coral. I also want to give credit to Mikhaelia and Abigail at the front desk. Wonderful young ladies who were also pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. ❤️So, if anyone asks me, “Can’t you choose a different resort?” my answer is simply NO! I’m going where I feel comfortable, appreciated, welcomed, and valued. And at this point, Ocean Coral isn’t just a resort to me,it’s where my resort family is. ❤️🌴
