Disappointed
I think my expectations level was to high when coming here with it just reopening I expected it to be like brand new how wrong I was. Check in was ok but wouldn’t want to do it when they are busy, we had a swim up room 8014 which I think was a waste of money I found it to have to much chlorine in it. Room service was terrible took to long, housekeeping was hit and miss from not cleaning at all to not having towels, mini bar was terrible I had to beg for bottled water and milk.
I found the food to be a big disappointment the buffet was cold and had flies in it which I reported, me and my wife actually had sickness and the runs which I put down to this, I found the other restaurants menus to be limited.
Any complaints made to the hotel was met with the same response guest services would reach out to you shortly but never did.
I found the hotel to be dirty and in my opinion did open to soon, these people give it 5 stars because they got a good service from the bar are not reviewing the hotel and giving it a false rating.
I came here in 2019 and had an amazing time but I wouldn’t personally come here again, I very nearly changed hotel before I came and I now wish I did.

Pool bar at Royalton Hideaway
Chana & Donovan have been amazing with providing our drinks and service is top notch. Nothing is never too much for them and always go out of their way.
