My husband and I recently spent our 10th wedding anniversary at Sandals La Toc. The experience was nothing short of amazing. The food at the Pavillion Restaurant was great. We also tried the vegetarian pizza at the pizzeria . The staff was terrific and made us feel as home. We just had the most amazing and relaxing day.
Sandals la toc is one of our favorite places to unwind.
Great service! Very attentive and go out of their way to make your vacation special! We will absolutely be back! Highly recommend!

• We arrived on July 7 to the wrong room. We left our luggage in the room that we were given to go to the office to say that we wanted to be moved to the room that we booked. We were immediately moved to room number two where the air condition was not working correctly. It was putting out warm air that resulted into the room being very humid and muggy. It was so muggy that the sheets were damp. We made the complaint and was told that it would be fixed. It took a few times it going to the front desk where it eventually was made right. We asked where our luggage was because we were told they would bring it back from the original room to the second room for us and to not go back for it. It took all day for them to locate it and get it to our second room. The last night of our vacation the air condition went out again when we were trying to get ready for dinner we went to the front desk and made the complaint. They said they would have someone come and fix it. We came back from dinner that night in the air condition was not fixed. We had to go back to the office to complain again. Management decided to move us to room number three. And told us to be ready within 15 minutes and they would send someone to come and get us to take us to the third room. We waited for almost an hour and had to go to the front lobby to find someone to help us. No one ever came to get us to take us to the new room. Management met us at the new room and apologized and was upset that she sent someone and that they never came and got us. The final room was a club level room, which was a step above what we had originally paid for and the toilet ran all night. We were not be able to be settled into the third and final room until after 11:00pm. • we booked an excursion while we were there, and the ladies that were at the desk were not very friendly and we seem to be bothering them when we wanted to book the excursion. The paperwork never made it to our room when they told us that they would send it so the following day we had to make a stop back by the desk to ask about the paperwork and reservation. We booked the all day excursion. When we were told at the very beginning of the excursion that we would not be able to do a part of it as we didn’t have enough time, and that was before the excursion ever began. I feel that we were misled and for the amount we paid we should be compensated because we were told we were going to get to do the drive-through volcano when we were told we had to make a decision if we wanted to do the mud bath or the drive-through volcano. We paid for both not one or the other. • our first day and our last day was spent running around and chasing an employee to fix an issue. I feel that we should be compensated for two days of vacation that we’re spent in this way. I have sent two emails to management as requested when we made a complaint when we were still at the resort and have not heard from either one.
Our stay was wonderful and we didn’t want to go home! They never let our drinks run dry and made our dreams come true with the butler service! Our butlers were Charles, Kyle and Garvin! We can’t wait to come back!!
