Coco Palm- you didn’t disappoint!
There is so much to be said about our stay at Coco Palm- everything was 100% top notch. Upon arrival the reception staff was extremely friendly and always helpful, ready with answers to whatever questions we had; kudos to Carleen and Garfield. The food at the restaurant ; Ti Bananne was always delicious and well presented. Especially loved the Steak sizzler at lunchtimes. The waitresses were always ready to take our next order and make sure our drinks were always replenished. Special thanks to Anouska, Vermessa and Sam. One of our favourite places to be at the end of a day chilling in the hammocks or on the beautiful Reduit beach just a 5 min walk away was at the bar. Wow, their bar staff was one of the nicest we’ve ever come across. Sholar, Tanya (T) and Malaika were truly the best bartenders! Loved their creative specialty drinks that they came up with and the jokes and laughter just had us going back to spend many evenings with them at the bar. And Sholar, we’re still thinking of your delicious tamarind juice! And Jan, the cashier, she was the sweetest. The entire staff, great location of the resort, our room always being clean, bed well made up and towels freshened everyday made this resort one of my favourites to date and we promise to be back soon again. The ooonnnlllyyyy thing we would have wanted was for the pillows to be a bit more comfortable and for the upper level rooms to have full balconies instead of the Juliettes. Otherwise, we wouldn’t change a thing.

Above and Beyond
I was looking for a hotel on island to close the summer holidays off for my 6year old and celebrate his birthday and I was taken off guard at this experience. This was such an amazing vacation. The suite we stayed in was gorgeous and made it difficult to decide whether we stay in the room or by the pool. Ana did a great at cleaning up our mess daily and replenishing my coffee and sugar . Mrs. Gilbert took time out of her busy schedule to say hello and have a chat which I appreciated. The staff are so warm and genuine , none of that fake smiling you get at other resorts . We were happy to meet Garnet every morning . I appreciated Samantha's warmness and her attention to detail at the restaurant ... what a smile !!!!! Amenda was true to her word and followed through to ensure there were adequate towels at the pool . Martin felt like family . He is such a beautiful person. We will most definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

Disappointing experience, poor service
Very poor service in this hotel, I do not recommend that you visit here there are other options in the Rodney Bay Area to choose instead. The shower in the room was broken, the soap dispenser was broken, the balcony door was broken leaving a lovely gap for creatures to enter the room. Checking in as a solo woman it was very disheartening that the man behind the desk Calle Doug my room number loudly - this is a safety risk?????!!!! Surely this should be known for the staff. The breakfast was weak, cold bakes, ants crawling on the Saltfish serving spoon. The room was kinda clean but not clean enough to feel comfortable in, and to top it all off when I was departing I asked about 5 times for help to bring my cases down, nobody answered and nobody helped. I had time bound plans so it was distressing to be ignored for 20 minutes and have to carry all four bags myself - the woman behind the desk was calling for help but to no avail- nobody answered, nobody helped and one rude man came when I basically had already brought the bags down myself and done all the work- and then muttered something rude about me whilst flailing his arms, I was upset and irate and understandably so. The single biggest waste of my hard earned money this calendar year.

Unforgettable memories
My stay at coco palm was phenomenal! The hotel is very nice and near the mall and supermarkets. The staff here are incredible especially Mattaniah. She made our trip 100% better. Mattaniah is very attentive and caring and truly a blessing to have.
Beautiful Coco Palm
Beautiful little Hotel, excellent service, friendly staff, very good breakfast choices, spotless clean rooms, nice pool area, short walk beach access, everything was excellent for us. Will be coming back here.
