This hotel is set on a 30m-high cliff on Miramare Bay, boasting some of the most spectacular panoramas of the Dalmatian coast. It is just a 15-minute walk down to Dubrovnik Old Town - UNESCO's World Heritage. Dubrovnik Airport is 22 km from the property. This complex offers 91 rooms, individually designed to provide pampering home-away-from-home comfort. Each room comes equipped with air-conditioning, flat-screen TV, safe and en-suite bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries. The hotel features a mini gym looking out onto an indoor swimming pool as well as wellness and spa centre with spectacular views over the cobalt-blue sea. Guests can also go down to the bottom of the cliff to lie back on a pebble beach and soak up the hot Mediterranean sun.

Four years, and we keep going back ❤️
We’ve been staying at Hotel Bellevue Dubrovnik for the last four years, and we keep going back.
The staff in this hotel seem to genuinely enjoy working here and it shows. They are always friendly and welcoming, and this year we were so pleased to see familiar faces again. A particular thank you to Ivana, Pavo, Viktor, Dario, Alen, Betim, Antono, Petra, Srjdin and Anton (and many others including the housekeeping staff that I didn't get the names of)- for always looking after us and making us feel welcome.
The location is a big plus for this hotel. It’s a straightforward 15 minute walk into the Old Town, while having Bellevue Beach right outside the hotel with its own private access to the public beach below means it's easy to relax.
After four years, the hotel still feels like a place we can come back to, switch off and enjoy. We’ve had some great stays here and are already looking forward to the next one. ❤️

Wonderful Hotel/Wonderful Staff
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful hotel. The location was perfect, it is only a 15 minute walk to Old Town and then about 20 minutes in the opposite direction to Lapad. The hotel is stunning with a lovely atmosphere and excellent facilities, but what really made our experience special was the fantastic staff. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
A special shout out to Viktor whose kindness, professionalism and attention to detail really stood out.
Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable, five star all the way!

Loved this hotel. It’s in a beautiful setting right on the stunning Adriatic coast. It has its own private terrace with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas if you want them, with steps down to the (public) beach below, where the water is clearer than I have ever seen and wonderfully warm. We had a sea-view room with balcony; the view from the room was fabulous, the room wonderfully light and airy, and the bed was super comfortable. They were really generous with towels and amenities. Free bottled water was supplied daily, and on arrival tasty Croatian treats too. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge range of options and tasty good quality ingredients. Staff were helpful, it felt like nothing was too much trouble: special shout outs to John Paul (beach / terrace), Stephan (reception - who was lovely and gave us free use of a room all day after check out time so we could enjoy all the hotel facilities before heading off for our evening flight), Alen (breakfast) and Luka (beach bar restaurant).
It’s only a 15 minute walk down hill to the incredible Old Town.
The only thing they could improve is to add a recycling bin to the room.
The Perfect Hotel
We have just returned from a night stay at this hotel and it exceeded expectations in every way. The location, the views, the facilities and the food. But what made this hotel stand out even more were the staff, every interaction was friendly and positive. This was the perfect place to celebrate our Silver Wedding Anniversary.

Great beach
My wife and I stayed here on 5th floor (same as check in floor) and all units hang on the cliff. Great spa facility that we took advantage of. We also spent two days at their beach directly below which was lined on both sides with cliffs. We had lunch twice at restaurant on the beach which was great food.
