Mixed Review
We had a mixed experience during our stay. The good: The location is very convenient, around a 20-minute walk to the Old Town, or just a 5-minute cab ride. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
A special mention to Raj, the Chef, who went above and beyond. At breakfast, we asked if it would be possible to have a fresh Masala Chai, even though it wasn’t on the menu. Despite being busy with the morning service, he took the time to make it for us and bring it over to our table. The tea was amazing, and his service really stood out.
The not-so-good: Unfortunately, we felt that the room did not quite match the price we paid for the hotel. The standard rooms are quite small, and there were several issues with cleanliness and maintenance. Our gowns had what appeared to be cigarette burn holes, some of the towels still had visible marks on them, there isn't an extractor fan in the bathrooms and one of the lights wasn’t working.
There was also a black object in the shower throughout our stay that wasn’t removed, and after room service had cleaned the room, there were lipstick marks left on the 'clean' glasses.
Overall, cleanliness in our room could definitely have been better. Interestingly, my sister stayed in a room further down the corridor and had a much cleaner room, so the experience seemed to vary considerably between rooms.
The friendly staff and convenient location were definite positives, but given the price we paid, we expected a higher standard of room cleanliness and maintenance.

Its located 15 min away walking from the old city . Very nice rooms luxury sea view and excellent service . Our butler Joyci was very nice and she would help in anything you need in hotel and out Hospitality was great . I would visit again !

Fabulous Hotel
My wife and I stayed for 1 week on half board as part of our golden wedding celebrations. The hotel was first class in every respect. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and our room with balcony on the 5th floor was wonderful and well appointed, overlooking the grounds and the Adriatic beyond. We dined in the Turquoise Restaurant for breakfast and evening meals. The variety and choice of food was excellent and for me as a vegan i was delighted with the numerous options available. Chef Revindran went the extra mile to provide me with some exceptional vegan puddings/cakes and I cannot thank him enough for his warmth and kindness.

A BRILLIANT FAMILY HOLIDAY
We had a really enjoyable stay at Rixos Premium!! We had two rooms and ours was very good and although it could probably do with a little updating, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable:) The hotel itself is lovely and we particularly enjoyed spending time by the beach. The restaurants there were absolutely BRILLIANT, such a great food and really nice setting. And the views - oh my God!! A special shoutout to Ana, the gorgeous redhead who was an absolute STAR! We were travelling with my husband, his mother and our daughter and she was so friendly and attentive and always on the ball. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she's a proper asset to the hotel and exactly the sort of person who makes guests want to come back! Well done Rixos and Ana - u smashed it!!!
