A great holiday at the Royal Palm
We had an amazing trip, the weather was lovely all staff very polite and friendly. I have a couple of suggestions - a welcome drink on arrival, a free tea or coffee at the end of the meal and the opportunity to book one meal a week at a different restaurant in the group other than the half board allocated restaurant. Definitely use the local bus and buy a Dubrovnik pass to get in and out of the old town and visit many of the sites there. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
Positive Hotel stay
We had such a superb week stay at the Royal Palm Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the reception team made check-in really easy.
The hotel to include the pool and garden areas was very clean and well looked after. Our room was spotless every day, thanks to the cleaning team, and the common areas were also kept very tidy. It made a big difference coming back to a clean and comfortable room each day.
We also really enjoyed the service in the restaurant. The staff were friendly, polite and attentive without being over the top, which made our meals even more enjoyable.
Overall, we had a great experience and felt well looked after throughout our stay. A big thank you to everyone at the Royal Palm Hotel for making our trip so enjoyable. We’d definitely stay here again!
A place I keep coming back to
I’ve been staying at Royal Palm for years whenever I visit Dubrovnik, and it has never disappointed me. There’s something about this hotel that makes you feel relaxed and genuinely welcome from the moment you arrive.
The rooms are always clean and comfortable, the views are beautiful, and the location is perfect for enjoying Dubrovnik without being right in the middle of the crowds. The staff are lovely — friendly, professional and always happy to help.
After so many stays, Royal Palm has become one of those places I don’t even think twice about booking. I know I’ll have a comfortable stay and a great experience every time.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for a relaxing stay in Dubrovnik. I’ll definitely be back!
