We’ve had the best experience!
From the minute we set foot in Valamar Lacroma we felt so welcomed by Gabrijela at the front desk (she is amazing!), everyone down to the Balinese housekeepers are so friendly and nice (something we have quickly realised isn’t overly common in parts of Europe!). The hotel and amenities are lovely, it is a quick walk down to the beach and the buffet breakfast is top notch. We loved it here so much we decided to stay an extra day before continuing our European travels! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Momenti restaurant
Had a beautiful meal here with my husband on the final night of our trip, what a wonderful experience to end our trip.
We had the 5 course menu & every single course was delicious & incredible to look at.
The restaurant is well laid out with fantastic views. The staff are friendly & attentive- Azer looked after us very well.
I would definately recommend dining here.
Spa treatment
Had a spa treatment from Prang and it was very relaxing. Very good massage and she seemed to just know where my tense spots were! Thanks Prang ❤️

Valamar Lacroma Hotel
Excellent location and service. Would return.
Almost perfect - highly recommended but super firm bed
large bed (good) but quite firm and uncomfortable so I didn’t sleep so well during the week.
This however, is the only criticism - the hotel was lovely spacious. Well equipped, fantastic staff, services and food. The perfect place for some R&R. We will definitely return and this has been the best hotel experience and service in recent years. Nice mix of guests - families, couples.
Good entertainment and nice events which are planned and timed - important if you have children.
Highly recommended if a little expensive -
