Itinerary

Day 1
UK to Dubrovnik

Upon arrival at Dubrovnik Airport, you'll be met and transferred to your hotel in the charming seaside town of Baška Voda. Nestled between the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea and the dramatic Biokovo mountains, this is the perfect setting to begin your Croatian adventure.

Day 2
Split to Trogir

Breakfast & Dinner

After a scenic journey along the Adriatic Coast, arrive in Split, Croatia’s second largest city. Tour the grand UNESCO Heritage Site of the Diocletian Palace, built as a luxury villa, summer house and military camp for the Roman emperor Diocletian in the fourth century. Stroll along Split’s waterside promenade, lined with bustling markets and cafes, then take a short drive to the charming town of Trogir. Known for its well-preserved medieval architecture, enjoy a stroll through Trogir's old town, a maze of narrow streets, historic buildings, and beautiful waterfront views.

Day 3
Krka National Park to Sibenik

Breakfast & Dinner

Explore Krka National Park, a lush nature reserve home to gorges, canyons and waterfalls. Visit the magnificent Skradinski Buk Waterfall, one of Croatia's most famous sights, and experience the thrill of the Krka River, gushing through a canyon 200 metres deep. Take a leisurely walk to see the small stone houses, workshops, exhibits, and watermills found throughout the park. A boat ride across the river is undoubtedly the best way to discover the park's beauty, with opportunities to stop and wander the footpaths along the riverbanks. Stop in historic Sibenik for a refreshing drink at a riverside cafe before returning to your hotel.

Day 4
Mostar to Dubrovnik

Breakfast & Dinner

On the way to Dubrovnik, visit Mostar in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Acting as the country's central economic and cultural capital, Mostar is an enchanting city which boasts a number of picturesque restaurants and markets. View the country's most recognisable landmark, the Stari Most (Old Bridge), an amazing example of Islamic architecture. The restored bridge connects numerous attractions on both sides of the city, including the mosque, a traditional Turkish house, and the old bazaar. Wander the cobbled streets and immerse yourself in Mostar's local craft shops and restaurants. Journey onwards to Dubrovnik.

Day 5
Dubrovnik

Breakfast & Dinner

Discover Dubrovnik, whose red-roofed Roman buildings have featured as a backdrop to many a Hollywood production. One of Croatia’s most important historic centres, the city was included in UNESCO's World Heritage List in 1979. Visit Onofrio's Fountain, built in 1438 to bring water into town via an aqueduct seven miles away, and Orlando's Column, carved in the form of the ancient Knight Orlando. Admire the stunning Baroque Church of St Blaise, patron saint of Dubrovnik who saved the city from attack by Venetians.

Day 6
Perast to Kotor

Breakfast & Dinner

Embark on a journey to the picturesque town of Perast, described as "a piece of Venice that has floated down the Adriatic". See its most famous landmark, a man-made islet with a chapel known as 'Our Lady of the Rocks', built by sailors who believed they had encountered a miracle at this spot. Marvel at the town’s Baroque architecture before travelling on to Kotor, a UNESCO World Heritage Site is characterised by soaring defensive walls, ancient cafe-filled squares, palaces, churches and museums. Most impressive of all is the Cathedral of St. Tryphon, originating from the 12th century and evolving over time after numerous earthquakes. See the magnificent Renaissance and Romanesque architecture, with vaulted roofs supported by columns and pillars of pink stone. Don't miss its most valuable treasure, the gilded bas-relief altar screen. Built in honour of the city's patron Saint Tryphon, this is one of only two Roman Catholic Cathedrals in Montenegro.

Day 7
