We booked and paid trought agoda all inclusive service but the hotel did not accept it.
It was the worst experiance . The location is good. The staff were unfrendly, the room outdated , beds uncomfortable and small. The food selection is minimalist and terible., like you are not in hotel at all. The hotel deserves just two star.
Hotel Christofinia Ayia Napa
The best hotel I’ve ever been to. It’s clean, beautiful with calming atmosphere. The stuff and their hospitality, willingness and kindness, they always check up on you whether everything’s alright. The food makes me wanna marry the hotel’s Chef. Just delicious and I’ll be missing it! Thanks for having us and hope to see you soon!
Lovely week away
Just got back from a lovely week staying at this hotel. The staff are really nice and can’t do enough for you, the two lads in the lobby bar each evening were a credit to the hotel! The food was lovely with a different theme each night, and large choice of drinks. The only let down was a lack of evening entertainment which was a disappointment. One thing to be mindful of if your all inclusive, if you arrive after 21.00 in the evening you miss out on the food and if you have an evening flight home your all inclusive ends at 11.00 when you check out. Most other hotels I’ve stayed at have allowed us to at least have lunch after checking out especially if you missed the first day/night of your all inclusive package. Here though it stops at 11.00. Something they could look at ? Over all though a lovely location a lovely hotel, with some evening entertainment I would have given 5* P.s book a late checkout you get to use the all inclusive until ..18.00

As a recommendation, for breakfast, the options should be a little more diverse.
A very pleasant experience, a very pleasant environment, an excellent choice for spending time with the family, a successful vacation. We are seriously thinking about spending our next vacation at this hotel.
Pool was big, drinks were very good and the staff were lovely
Everything was awesome, food was great and rooms were every day well cleaned
