A week in paradise ❣️
The friendliest staff I have ever experienced. The receptionists, cleaning personnel, spa personnel, janitors, waiters... every single one was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend a treatment at the spa. I will definitely be coming back.
An amazing all inclusive experience
«Deluxe room» was not that wow, but all in all, a very nice hotel, amazing all inclusive concept, since you can visit 3 restaurants outside the hotel, and experience a full three course dinner with a amazing service, good food and drinks, included in the deal. Some of the buffet dinners was maybe a bit tasteless, but big varieties, so it made up for it.

Amazing hotel, really chilled vibes. Fab food and drinks. Gorgeous room. The hotel was extremely clean. The ladies on reception were unbelievably friendly. Excellent service from the restraunt staff also. Improvement could be made with the service by the bar staff but im still rating this hotel 5/5.
Napa Plaza
Pros- Nice clean hotel right by everything, staff polite you can see they work hard long hours. We was all inclusive and the food was nice. The drinks was okay better if you like beer and wine. I want to thank Andreas for saving us on the balcony please note the door can automaticly lock if you close it when you are on the balcony.
Cons- During a week stay we was only able to have two pool days as you have to be up early to get a bed. People will save beds and go out for the day.
Overall had a nice stay and will definatly return.
