This hotel and bungalow complex lies directly between the soft white sands of Nissi beach and expansive tropical gardens near the town of Aiya Napa. Guests will find numerous shops, restaurants, and cafés in the town, and can visit the Municipal Museum. Rooms are bright and feature contemporary furnishings and picturesque garden or sea views. The hotel complex provides a variety of family-friendly conveniences including a minimarket, a kids' club, two playgrounds, and a children's pool in addition to an outdoor pool and heated indoor pool. Guests can sample Cypriot specialties in the tavern, enjoy a casual breakfast buffet and dinner in the restaurant, and find drinks and snacks throughout the day at the poolside snack bar and beach kiosk.

Grandma falling
My Grandma tripped over a step in the bathrooms outside and broke her hip, which required surgery. There were no signs to say there was a trip hazard, and there was no safety precautions anywhere. The hotel staff were terrible at taking action upon the situation.

Best coffee☕️ tasty food 🍩 and good energy ⚡️
We had such a lovely experience at Coffee ‘n Bakes! The coffee was delicious, the food was fresh and tasty, and the atmosphere was really welcoming.
A special mention goes to Maria, who was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. She has the most beautiful smile and made our visit even more enjoyable. Her warmth and positive energy truly made a difference!
Definitely a place we would happily visit again. Highly recommended! ☕️🥐✨
Bravo Nissi Beach
Solid hotel, with high quality food, with great range, (no need or desire to eat out) fabulous location by the beach. Reception a little frosty, but answered any questions. Dining room staff were helpful and friendly. The point of this hotel is the beach. And what a beach it is. Has to be one of Europe's best, rivals the Caribbean. Great swimming. Downside, is you'll need to put your towel on a sunbed by about 730-8am to be guaranteed a good position and avoid 'complications'. Beach is clean and well managed. Free purified water only provided at breakfast, to 'encourage' people to buy drinks. at lunch and evening meal. Limited entertainment, but not too bad with some semi-pro singers. Wish I'd packed Scrabble, but well stocked local supermarket found at end of hotel entrance had Uno cards. Guess what, lots of guests (us included playing Uno at night) in the bar. Recommend evening cruise (small boat was good) from Aya Napa to Turtle beach (we saw sea turtle adult and baby swimming) and Blue Lagoon. Also, two good swimming stops. Overall, hotel does a a good enough job. Missed the Italian vibe where you stroll around the town after diner. The proximity and right of access to that beach is the reason to visit. We were all savouring the chill out on 'Nissi Beach' when we left.

Attractive hotel, good location, prejudice to British tourists
I don’t usually bother to write a review, I find most people to be a Karen when writing them, but this hotel costs so much money to stay at, I thought I should.
Positives: the location of the hotel, to the beach and centre is perfect. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast and pool bar food was delicious, and waiting times for being served were great.
Negatives: reception staff were rude and unhelpful every time we asked them anything. How to get a suit/dress pressed, how to book into salon/gym, etc.
The hotel in general really seemed to have an issue with British tourists, which is also evident in that only British tourists are not allowed to upgrade to all inclusive? How they can get away with this I don’t know?
The bar service staff were also rude. They appeared to make up the drink prices as they went along and I challenged this on several occasions, and all of a sudden, they don’t appear to understand English anymore until I ask for someone else to help. One one occasion, I was told my bill was 18 euros, I handed over 20 euros and the waitress rolled her eyes, tapped the card machine and say can’t you pay card, even though they accept cash and others were paying the same.
Verdict is, one of the best located hotels in the area but the staff attitude falls short of the hotels star by miles.
Etiquette in treating all nationalities fairly wouldn’t go a miss.
