This well-kept hotel is peacefully located in the holiday resort of Ayia Napa, just 2 km from the town centre. The beautiful Nissi Beach which offers the finest sands, crystal-clear waters and counts amongst the most beautiful beaches on Cyprus, is just across the promenade from the hotel. Shopping venues, bars and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity and there is a bus station directly before the hotel that offers regular services to Ayia Napa and Lárnaca, 2km and 40km away respectively. This hotel offers a relaxed atmosphere and each of the light, tastefully decorated rooms comes with an en suite bathroom and amenities. Guests can relax and unwind on the sun loungers and parasols beside the outdoor pool.

Best holiday !
Where do I start!! The location was fabulous, along Nissi Avenue, plenty of restaurants and shops closed by within 10 minutes walk. Close to Makronissos beach ( I hired a bike from the hotel to ride there ) Nissi beach and my favourite Landa beach. The bus stop to get to main Ayia Napa and Protaros is 2 mins walk . The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, calm and so clean. The staff were all awesome and so helpful The rooms were good, well equipped with toiletries and clean towels every day. Aircon was very good and kept room cool. Plenty of plug sockets which also took USB as well. Rooms cleaner every day. Pool is small and mostly shaded but lovely and calm after a day on the busy beach! They have a pool towel service and on my last day, I could store luggage and use facilities with showers, towels and hairdryer provided in the changing rooms before I left, which meant I could enjoy my last day before late flight. Brilliant value for money, I will definitely visit and stay at Nissi park again .

Best hotel in Cyprus:)
Great location, very close to the most beautiful Nissi Beach FS:) Bus stops, restaurants, and shops are also nearby; everything you need is literally on your doorstep ;)
The hotel and rooms were clean, cleaned daily upon request. The food was delicious, dinner changed daily, and there was a wide selection of delicacies. The drinks were very well prepared and delicious. There were plenty of comfortable, soft loungers with umbrellas and pergolas by the pool.
But what I will remember most was the wonderful service throughout the hotel, from the cleaning staff, waiters, bartenders, and chefs to the front desk. We felt truly cared for.
We will definitely be back :)
Paradise in Cyprus
Our holiday at Nissi Park was pure pleasure. The rooms were clean and tidied every day (at the guest’s request). The hotel staff were absolutely lovely and charming – throughout our stay, they took care of every detail, making us feel truly at home here. The chefs did a brilliant job – they prepared different dishes every day, all of which were absolutely delicious; even Gordon Ramsay could do with some training from them. The hotel’s location means everything is within easy reach. It took us literally two or three minutes to walk to Nissi Beach; there are shops and restaurants all around, and you can get to the very centre of Ayia Napa by bus – the bus stop is just a minute’s walk from the hotel. I can’t wait to come back here again.

We were extremely satisfied with the hotel services—from the reception and dining room staff to the wonderful, helpful housekeeping team. The entire hotel was spotless; towels were changed daily, the breakfast spread was extensive, and poolside service was top-notch. The hotel is close to the beach. The food was delicious, and the drinks were excellent. We received perfect service after checking out, including secure luggage storage and access to a shower on the ground floor. A very helpful receptionist quickly handled our minor requests. We highly recommend this hotel overall; our stay was simply fantastic. A huge thank you to the staff for their excellent service.
