A happy week
We had a pleasant week at this hotel. The staff is friendly and they all speak all good english. I suggest that that they could mix in some greek words along with english. The breakfast is spot ob. Room is spacious and clean. The pool is warmed up and pleasant. The beach is just outside the hotel. Location couldn’t be any better. Very happy with our stay and happily coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at Okeanos Beach Boutique Hotel in Ayia Napa.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach and the harbor, and everything was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were always friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
I didn't went
I booked this hotel all inclusive. Shortly after, I received an email stating my booking had been cancelled—with no explanation. I called, and I spoke with the front office manager Efy, she's told me there had been a pricing error. Well isn't my problem they made mistake I booked directly through their website site . Because of their mistake, if I rebook she's can ONLY offer me a sea-view room at the land-view price. I checked the price and it was three times more expensive.I ask , can you at least include the all-inclusive package As I booked before and II've already booked the flight ? She's said NO!! I would have to pay extra.Avoid this hotel they are very careless. For less money, I booked a Nice hotel with an indoor pool and a great view. Before booking this hotel look for other hotels that are nicer and cheaper. Very disappointed
Perfect location
We stayed a week here in a deluxe sea view room. Loved our stay. A comfortable and clean room with a balcony and a pool+sea view. Good service, nice breakfast and a perfect location just at the beach, but also at the harbor and at the end of the main street. A few steps off the beach and still just next to a supermarket and a variety of restaurants.
