Best food allergy friendly hotel
This is the best allergy friendly hotel I have ever stayed at. My daughter has several food allergies including severe nut and milk allergies which makes what she can eat quite complicated but the hotel was able to cater for her for every meal. They took her allergies very seriously and prepared everything for her in a seperate area. I would like to say a huge thank you to the head chef George who met with us on the first day of our stay to understand her allergies and develop food options for her. George is a huge credit to this hotel, he also directed his staff really well and ensured that everyone was aware of the seriousness of her allergies. Two other chefs Abraham and Magda also deserve a huge thank you as they also really looked out for my daughters food needs. I was so worried about not being able to travel abroad considering the allergies but this experience has shown me that there are people within hotels that do care and listen and will keep your child safe, so if you have a child with food allergies then you can definitely book this hotel with confidence. All other amenities in the hotel are also great. Service all around is very good. The rooms are a little worn and tired but other than this everything 5*.

Wow - what a place!
Second year we have been here and it just keeps getting better!
How Ivo manages to serve 10people different cocktails at the same time always amazes me!
All the staff in the Royal Olympic Restaurant (buffet) are superb and so welcoming.
The lady in the coffee shop (apologies, can't remember her name) is amazing at how she remebers your orders from the day before.
The evening entertainment is great - The Queen and Bonjovi nights were our faves, but 'Greatest Show' came a close third.
We also won the Kahoot music quiz - not sure a prize of a bottle of Prosecco is worth it in an all-inclsive, but the bragging rights last forwver!
Olivu, Steve, Fanos and the rest of the team at the pool bar were always ready to get more drinks for us - Do ask Fanos to do his magic tricks, they are amazing (although better after a day of drinking cocktails...)
We will be back!

Perfect Holiday.
This is a truly wonderful hotel from the moment we arrived to the time we left. We stayed in the Fisherman’s Village in the adults only area. And wow what a beautiful place if you are looking for a tranquil relaxed holiday then this is the place for you. The rooms were spacious with four poster beds whirl bath, lots of storage and a huge balcony. Allocated sun-beds with your room number on is a great touch, and the pool is a lovely area to unwind. The most notable thing with this hotel is how wonderful and happy all of the staff members are, always a smile and a hello. Also very personable remembering you as you walk through the hotel or have a drink in the evenings. We have to mention Veronika who works in Fisherman’s delivering drinks tirelessly all day, one of the nicest people you could ever meet, and a real credit to Kanika. Also Ivo in the serenity pool bar what a great guy always happy to chat whilst making what seemed 5 drinks at a time. We did pop down to the sandy beach a few times which is less than 5 minutes out the back of the hotel. On the way back stopped into the Bay for a quick drink and spoke with Stavros a few times who is a really nice guy and happy to chat. All the food in the buffet is of a high quality and you could always find plenty of choice. Andrea at the buffet breakfast has a great memory remembering your drinks each day. Our favourite restaurants were the Seven Orchids and the Greats both feel like you are going out for a nice meal in the evening. The American diner was also handy for some fast quality food. The shows which the Kanika Allstars put on in the evening at the arena are the best we have ever seen at any resort. Performing with so much energy and passion and wonderful voices. I am sure we back at the hotel sooner rather than later. Thanks for a great holiday.

Fabulous stay !
The Ents team were excellent, shows so professional and captivating, never seen such a good all round team with so many talented individuals, well done ! A great week away a fantastic hotel highly recommend.
Excellent holiday
From the front desk staff , bell boys , cleaners always friendly . The bar staff , waiters and restaurant staff again friendly and helpful. The resteraunts and buffet the food was always plentiful and fresh . Kanika all stars fantastic activities during the day and the evening shows were fantastic.
