A hotel that does everything right
The Olympic Lagoon hotels are hotels that just get everything right. They really do take the stress and minor inconveniences of holidays away - they allocate sunbeds so there’s no sunbed wars early in the morning; they take luggage to your room; they provide table service in all of the bars; even the pool towels are ready for you every morning. We stayed in at the Paphos OL two years ago and thought we’d try Ayia Napa this year. AN didn’t disappoint and is definitely on par with the experience we received at Paphos OL. The staff cannot do enough for you, the food and premium drinks are fantastic, the grounds are beautiful, and the entertainment is spot on. Whilst these hotels are more expensive than some of the other Cyprus hotels, you really do get what you pay for here: excellent service and fantastic facilities. We are already thinking about when we can book to come again. Thank you Olympic Lagoon for yet another fabulous holiday.

5 star - lovely hotel filled with lovely staff.
Absolutely love this hotel. This is my second time here. The resort is just big enough so you don’t have to leave site. Staff are so warm and welcoming.
The bar staff at serenity pool were some of my favourite. Shout out to IVO for answering all my questions and giving me some knowledge on drinks etc. no question was ever too much and he seemed genuinely happy to answer.
The food as a picky eater is amazing. So much choice between the restaurants and buffet restaurant. Since having the app this time. It made it a lot easier to see menus and times opening etc
What brought me back to this hotel was the entertainment. It’s top notch. Loved watching all the shows on the evening. The Kanika Allstars do a fabulous job. Katie should be on Broadway. But equally all as talented special mention to Sam, Ben and Gary who put on fabulous performances and so nice to everyone. Would love to see some newer themes Like wicked, legally blonde, etc The Freddie and living tribute act were phenomenal. The guys on guitar and drummer excelled and could really see them love their craft. The singer outstanding. They need to try and go on a talent show.
All the drinks were amazing. Not too strong and actually drinkable.
Only one down side is check out. We had to pay for late check out but wernt aware of the check out times during booking.
We will definitely be back.
Amazing family holiday!
We had a wonderful stay at this resort, and honestly, it was one of the best holidays we’ve had as a family. The hotel is very clean, the pools are beautiful, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and we always felt very well looked after.
We especially enjoyed the restaurants and the quality of the food and service. The drinks and cocktails were also excellent, with great branded drinks and really tasty cocktails.
I would especially like to mention Fanos and Ivo from the bar, who truly made our holiday even more special. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, and their positive attitude really made a difference to our experience.
Also, a special thank you to Joan, the morning bartender, who was such a lovely and welcoming person. Always friendly, helpful, and with a smile.
The people are what make a holiday memorable, and this hotel has a fantastic team. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable. We had a great time and would definitely love to come back again!

We had a lovely family holiday in July here. Everything about the hotel was amazing!
We would especially like to thank Sved who ran the football coaching sessions at the hotel. He was fantastic with the kids and my 10 year old son couldn’t wait to go to his training sessions every morning. What a great role model Sved is for the kids. Thank you very much Sved. :-)

Ive got a complaint to make! (Sarcasm) This hotel is so amazing it makes going home VERY difficult. To all the staff a massive thank you for everything. Each and every one of the staff, entertainment team bar staff the porters the lot are absolutely outstanding! Sadly my last day but we will be returning 100% !
