DONT COME HERE!!!
The hotel it self is really nice! Spacious rooms with nice furniture, the bed could be softer though. Nice pool and friendly receptionist and bartender. The cleaning however... Is non existing! I have never been to such a FILTHY room! We complained to the staff which resulted in the head of "cleaning" got so pissed of at us, that she didn't clean out room for more than a week! (we were here for two weeks) The second time we complained about the non existing cleaning resulted in her taking a big bundle of hair and dirt from the floor and putting it on top of my girlfriends bed! She has stolen a present I bought for my nephew and as stupid as it sounds, 4 packages of my favorite chocolate, that I have bought here, because I can't buy it were I live. These are not expensive things, I know that, but all these things put together made this a horrible experience and I can't prove this, but 200 euros also went missing from our room and all the calculating we have done since, doesn't make up for the missing money. I have added some pictures that are from before our first complaint and notice on one of the pictures, were you can see the floor paneling.. I have cleaned e spot were you can see how filthy it was.. I have asthma and my girlfriend has allergies so all in all, this was an experience that we hope to never have again in our lives!
Nice hotel but extremely dirty!
Dirtiest hotel room we have ever been to(!) The rest was great. Clean pool, spacious apartment, nice kitchen. Reception and bar staff are friendly - except from when you try to complain about the non-existing clean...literally NON existing cleaning(!) Receptionists reply to us when we tried to tell her how dirty our apartment was: "Uhmm..I have a job to do here...but OK sighs and tsk'ing repeatedly when being told about the issues. When she did see the condition of our apartement, she could only agree with how horrible it was. Other than the cleaning and the initial rudeness of staff, this hotel is superb. The pictures shown are AFTER we had complained and they said they would make an extra effort. As you can see - they didn't.

Good hotel, I can recommend this hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We felt very welcome and had a wonderful time!
Disgusting
Nice complex, but very tired rooms. On arrival about 16.00 it was sunny, however when we were shown to our room...36b, the room was in darkness, with all curtains closed. The room was not aired and smelt awful. The receptionist opened the curtains in the bedroom and said 'patio doors in here too'...however it was just a dirty window...she immediately closed the curtains as if we hadn't noticed ! The balcony was full of conifer branches/ leaves and hadn't been swept in weeks ! We stayed here 10 nights and nothing on the balcony from the trees at all whilst we stayed. The bedspread smelt awful, but I was told 'it had been disinfected'.....never been laundered in a while .....just awful. The pillows on the bed were disgusting, used and marked....felt like bags of potatoes. The spare pillow in the wardrobe was full of stains.....also the 3 blankets in the wardrobe also smelt used and clearly not laundered !! The apartment itself was tired, small and uninviting. We asked to be moved but was told ' the hotel was full'. Bedspread and blankets taken by the 'room servce' staff the next morning and guess what, replaced by laundered ones in plastic bags. The apartment seemed to have been forgotten and hadn't been cleaned in ages ! Terrible experience and would avoid at all costs. The view from our balcony was shocking.....a JCB ! See photo.
Perfect Stay for a Relaxing Vacation
It was a wonderful experience! I stayed for a week with my friends in September this year, and it was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and kind, the rooms were very clean, the breakfast was varied (multiple things at the same meal), and of good quality. We enjoyed the hotel facilities; they have a gorgeous pool. It is very close to the main streets with restaurants and shops, and a few minutes from the beach. It is quiet around, even though it is very close to the restaurants, and we were able to rest well.
