Pleasant pleasant stay, but several improvements are needed
3/5 – Clean hotel with friendly staff, but several areas need improvement
By Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
However, we feel this is more of a solid 2+ star hotel than a 3+ star hotel.
The main public areas are quite small and feel crowded, especially the breakfast room. It becomes very cramped when many guests are there at the same time. The breakfast experience could also be improved. The selection was rather limited and uninspiring, the fried eggs were often swimming in oil, and the scrambled eggs were consistently very dry.
Another thing that stood out was the noise in the breakfast room. Every time someone moved a chair, it created an extremely loud scraping sound. Simple chair pads or floor protectors would make a huge difference and create a much more pleasant atmosphere.
The most disappointing part of our stay was an incident involving housekeeping. One day our room was not cleaned, yet the tip we had left for housekeeping had been taken. We also discovered that a watch we had left in the top drawer of our room had disappeared that same day. We have reported the incident directly to the hotel management, but unfortunately it affected our overall impression of the hotel.
Despite this, we appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the reception staff. With improvements to the breakfast, the public areas, and housekeeping procedures, this hotel could offer a much better guest experience.

Amazing week in the sun - immaculate Hotel, every inch cleaned daily, we loved the location,
If you want a quiet and very clean, great location Hotel, this is the one! Brilliant Hotel that lives in the middle of a residential area but perfect for Old Town, 15 mins to the left and the lively McKenzie Beach 15 mins walk to the right and 200 yds from the seafront. Danny makes sure there are no sunbed joggers and nothing is a problem, we loved our week in the Sun! Couldn’t fault a thing, the location looks strange online but it’s perfect! 10 mins from the Airport - 20€ transfer.

The hotel was clean and tidy, amazing service with warm and nice people. They checked us in early and were very considerate. In addition to all this... a waitress at the hotel, a lady named DANNY, was simply amazing! She gave service from the bottom of her heart and was so nice and kind. She deserves a personal compliment. We will be back here and a lot thanks to her!❤️💘
Short& sweet!
We stayed for 3 nights, during the week. The staff was friendly, the hotel SUPER clean, great location (close to the beach, restaurants & Caffès). 15 minute drive from the airport, this hotel was great for a short stay.
Think twice
while the location and the rooms are OK, the food is just terrible and the dining room extremely noisy.
