Amazing experience
What an amazing hotel. Every single member of staff were so obliging. The efficiency was top notch, the hotel was so very clean and cared for. The poolside service cannot be faulted, and food and drink prices were reasonable. My only criticism is that an extra hook or two would be appreciated in the bathroom. I would definitely return, tomorrow if it were possible!!!

Lovely hotel
Stayed in June we loved it so much we came back in September. The staff are so friendly and welcoming my little girl was always made to feel special a big shout out to the gentlemen clearing the breakfast tables who always made time for her. Breakfast had lots of choice and was always topped up and fresh. We stayed in a garden room both times which are ideal for us as a family - close to the pool, cleaned well daily. The showers had started to develop some mould on the ceilings which we didn’t notice in June - maybe as the season has gone on this has developed. However we will definitely return we have stayed in many of the hotels in Cyprus over the last 20 years and capo bay is definitely our favourite.

Not quite 5 star
My wife and I rate this the best hotel in Protaras. There may be hotels with more modern rooms but non can compare with the gardens with pool areas and spacious sun loungers, including exclusive adult only areas. And the Koi carp ponds around the Koi restaurant are wonderful. And how much time do you really spend in your room. We have been coming here continuously for the last 8 or 9 years (Covid excempt) and have already booked again for next May. The location of the hotel is perfect being directly opposite Fig Tree Bay, with one of the best beaches ever, and with all the bars, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Our sea view room was very comfortable and serviced every day by Nitin, who did a very god job. The breakfast buffet was excellent and catered for every taste, with extensive outside areas, and a separate area for those who must have a smoke at meal times!!! Reasons why I have not given the hotel a 5 star rating - No shaving point in the bathroom, so also unable to charge toothbrushes. No fridge in the room. There is a mini bar (empty) but no compressor to keep bottles of water chilled Balcony on the small side. No 'Non Smoking' areas in the gardens or pool areas. This is a big negative for us as we often found others ''smoke' very annoying. However, still highly recommended.

Nice location
Clean, well located, good facilities, lots of staff. Great sea swimming. Drinks expensive for Cyprus. We had a lovely room with a sea and pool room - it was expensive though for a 4* hotel
