Not 5 star hotel
This is not a 5 star hotel by any means. We went for our son’s wedding which was a fabulous day. My brother was in a room that had faeces smeared on the bathroom door which they reported on the first day and it took 5 days for someone to come and clean it off which was the wedding planner. The maid came to clean the room and I asked her to give me 2 minutes to get my bag, she asked if she could empty the bins and come back to do the room which she never returned and that happened twice. My grandsons bathroom flooded when having a shower and went under the door on to the landing and why they were mopping it up with towels they were told by security that they would call the police if they didn’t make less noise. The noise they were making was shouting asking us for towels. We requested extra cost hangers 3 times which we never received so our clothes had to stay in the suitcase. Food was good most days so can’t complain about that. You had to pay for pitta bread at the snack bar as not included in AI for some reason. Had we not had such a fab day for the wedding due to Diane and lots of family then review would be worse. We had 16 rooms at the hotel and apart from the Presedential Suite non of them were anywhere near 5 star

Great hotel
The hotel si very beautiful the staff are super helpful. The location is amazing. The view is perfect the food and drinks are super. The lobby bar tender is very helpful.

We absolutely loved the crystal-clear turquoise sea, the excellent and varied food, and the outstanding service. The staff were always friendly, smiling, and ready to help, especially Ms. Shushma. We wish there were more kind and caring people like her.
We will definitely come back. The services were of the highest standard, and everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday – it was a perfect summer, and we left feeling truly relaxed and refreshed.

We stayed as a family for 7 nights and it’s not a 4* hotel…

Negatives Food standard is poor, tried to speak to Food manager and no one responded. Rude staff especially reception Rooms never cleaned properly Bedding not changed after 5days had to ask to get it done. No ice cream choices in restaurant Gym is still in the 1980s Grey old towels in bathroom Stained pool towels
