This hotel is situated directly beside the beach, at the heart of Protaras. The town centre can be reached on foot and offers a range of shopping and entertainment facilities.
This welcoming hotel comprises a total of 132 rooms. The main building consists of a lobby with 24-hour reception, a safe and a café. There is also a TV room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant available for use. Furthermore, car, motorbike and bicycle hire is also available. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the car parking and garage facilities. Younger guests may let off steam in the playground or playroom. Room and laundry services round up the offerings.
The welcoming rooms come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a minibar/ fridge, air conditioning, central heating, a balcony/terrace and a direct dial telephone.
The sprawling outdoor complex offers a swimming pool with a children's pool as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use and a pool/ snack bar. Furthermore, a hot tub and a sauna are perfect for a spot of relaxation. Sports enthusiasts may like to try out tennis (2 tennis courts, floodlit at an extra charge), table tennis, squash, aerobics, beach-volleyball or billiards. Those wanting to keep fit can make use of the hotel gym. A seasonal entertainment programme with daily entertainment as well as shows, dancing and folklore in the evening and children's entertainment aims to provide some variety.
Breakfast is on offer each morning. Guests may select their breakfast as well as lunch and evening meal from a buffet. Guests may additionally book either half pension or full pension.

Only a 2 star for me
Ok, so good points first, location was great right next to the beach. Staff all really friendly and helpful. Short walk to shops and restaurants, pool was a nice temperature, fresh towels and beds made every day. Ok not so good, rooms were really outdated so lived out my suitcase for the duration of our stay. Rooms only had two plug sockets, the towels although clean ones everyday, they were like sandpaper lol. Tv had a 2 pin plug but no socket to put the plug into and the plug was damaged anyway. The food was very basic and to be honest not nice at all. Breakfast fried eggs all hard, no real sausages, only one toaster working, and it took six times to get it even looking like toast, the other toaster was broken for the whole 8 days I was there. The pool was never cleaned once whilst we were staying, the drains were blocked and they were cleared right in front of everyone and the floors not cleaned or disinfected, gross. The sun dissappeard at around 3pm so pointless sitting around the pool, the beds in the grass verges were all old and when it rained the grass became all messy not ideal. Shower head was broken asked several times to be fixed eventually had it changed. The overall cleanless was not great. Wouldn't stay there again. Cider not included as part of the all inclusive so had to pay 5 euros for a small bottle.

Awful stay away
Rooms disgusting, blood on pillows, bedding stained and not changed once all week, towels need the bin stained, grey hard (when we actually got some) furniture worn out and nothing in rooms that's stated on the site and cleaning maids rude, possibly the worst hotel I've stayed in, only good things about this hotel is reception staff lovely ladies and location. Stay away really is awful 😔

Would not recommend this hotel
We never got clean bedding everyday - it was just made . Our safe didn’t work - our card key didn’t work !! The hotel was located on a fabulous location. The pool was nice & short walk to beach!! Food was basic & cold!! We ate out every night although we were all inclusive - food was not very nice. Overall I would not return back to this hotel.

Vacation with a baby
We came back from Silver Sands a few days ago with very positive impressions. I would say that you really don’t need anything more when you are in Cyprus — a clean room, very good food, and a beautiful beach right in front of you. We weren’t looking for a five-star hotel, and this hotel isn’t one, but you really don’t need anything more, especially considering the beautiful surroundings and location of the hotel.
Special thanks to the chef and the kitchen team, who prepared baby food for us every day. That was so relaxing for us, as our baby had food just like at home. Even our picky baby enjoyed it! She also really liked our waiters who were very kind and smiling.
And when it comes to our baby, we must send our regards to the entire staff — everyone was so kind and friendly to us, as well.
