Fantastic staff - and a huge mention for the reception team
The reception team (Maria the Head Receptionist) went well above my expectations. I ordered a Pafos FC shirt to be delivered to the hotel and instead it got delivered to a local post office on the day we checked out and I had no way to collect it. She asked another colleague to collect it on her way in for work so I could pick it up from reception. This is really outstanding and I am very grateful!
Amazing
We have had an absolutely lovely time at the sunrise Hotel. Staff are awesome. massive thank you to the children's entertainment my daughter Jessie absolutely loved Ysa. Jessie couldn't wait for the evening disco to have a good dance and she enjoyed being Ysa's sidekick during the pool aerobics.
Also want to say a huge thank you to the head chef Jackis Kwamina and the team of chefs in the main restaurant in the evening, My mum was unfortunately poorly during our visit. It meant that she has to be on a extremely restricted diet. When I mentioned this to reception Jackis came out to meet me and to go through a dining plan for my Mum so she could enjoy an evening meal, he made her specialist meals and desserts which she thoroughly enjoyed honestly couldn't be more thankful to him. Wonderful experience.

The staff is pure gold, i didn't saw a sad face here. A good choise for a family holiday. Best food i ate at a hotel until now. My best regards to all the chefs working here!

Weβve been coming here for the 4th year in a row, and the service is always wonderful. A special thank you to Yiannis, the head barman! He is always friendly, professional and incredibly attentive. No one ever feels unnoticed when Yiannis is around. He truly makes our stay even more enjoyable every year.

Third visit.
This was our third visit to this hotel and it maintains its high standards. Wonderful staff. Excellent food in the Panorama and breakfast restaurants so a special mention to Head Chef Jackis and his staff. Also a special mention to Justine, Amrit and their colleagues in the Othello bar for their friendliness and service.
