Tsokkos Gardens

Firstly I would say this is an honest review of my 2 week stay here. This is definitely a 3 star hotel at a push. The hotel itself needs money spent on it. The rooms are very basic and the bathroom scenario is a complete joke. The glass shower screen does nothing whatsoever to keep water in the bath it sprays past the screen and onto the floor and then the gasket along the bottom of the glass is hanging off so completely doing nothing at all. You end up with a puddle of water all over the floor and wet towels having to mop it up...Great! The hairdryer on the wall I think was vintage 1960s? The bedrooms are very basic. As other reviews say the pool is huge which was a positive but spoilt by the old Sunbeds & Umbrellas around it. The food was very repetitive & a certain area that had the likes of spag bol, chips etc around it was nearly always cold with lids left off. The hot plate didn't keep the food warm so these should have been put into containers that kept them hot Breakfasts were ok but then you have paper cups to drink from?? The cleaner we had was shocking so had to complain to get another one who actually did her job. We booked with EasyJet thinking this was a 4 star hotel so you can imagine how disappointed we are with this. A few of the staff are friendly enough but alot don't speak or understand. The manager is nice and I saw him a couple of times but he could only do so much, we feel that all the issues we have mentioned are not issues you would find in a good 4 star hotel so feel very let down and disappointed with our stay here for that reason I wouldn't return to it.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms very very clean. Food was gorgeous, so much to choose from. Will definitely be coming back
