Set in a peaceful spot just a short stroll from the beach, Eleni Holiday Resort combines modern comforts with a welcoming atmosphere. Located only a few kilometres from Paphos town centre, the resort is perfectly placed for exploring local attractions while still offering a relaxing base to unwind. Renovated in 2024, the resort offers modern facilities in a Mediterranean-style setting.
The resort features two freshwater swimming pools with a separate children’s pool, surrounded by plenty of space for sunbathing, plus an indoor swimming pool. A pool bar is on hand for refreshing drinks throughout the day. Guests can choose from two restaurants, including buffet-style dining, plus a snack bar for lighter bites. Bars within the hotel provide a welcoming spot to unwind in the evenings.
Facilities include a fitness centre, aerobics and yoga classes, darts, and a spa with a sauna, and massage services. Water sports are available nearby, and a golf course is just a short drive away. Families are well looked after with a kids’ club and entertainment offered up to six times a week, and a playground, while adults can enjoy live music and evening shows.

Home away from home
This is my favourite place been here a few times and always feels like a home away from home...staff are absolutely amazing couldn't fault any from soulla alexis(the best chef) chris yianna joanne too many to mention ye are all amazing and so helpful and friendly...even the security guard nichos(hope that's spelt right) can't wait too see ye all next year Food always delicious even with picky eaters they always found something Rooms are spacious and always cleaned... Pool kids never complained once and we always got sunbeds (didn't have to get up early either)
A pleasant stay with great entertainment
Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel, and the price was reasonable for what we received. The hotel has been nicely renovated, the rooms are pleasant, and the food is very good, with a wide variety of dishes. The quality of the food was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
The animation team also deserves recognition, especially Łukasz, who did a great job organizing the daily schedule and activities. The entertainment was well planned and added a lot to our holiday.
There are, however, a few things that could be improved. The number of sun loungers around the pool was insufficient at times, making it difficult to find a free one. The cleanliness of the towels could also be better, as some did not always seem to be properly clean. It would also be nice to have proper coffee machines serving freshly ground coffee instead of instant coffee.
Regarding noise, our room faced the road, so it could be a little noisy at times, but overall, it was not too bad.
The hotel is located right by the sea, which is a plus. However, there is no direct private beach access, and the nearby beaches are not particularly impressive. We would recommend visiting other beaches in the area instead. On the positive side, there is a bus stop nearby, making it relatively easy to travel to places such as Paphos.
Overall, the hotel offers good value for money, with very good food, pleasant rooms, and a great animation team. There is still some room for improvement, but we had a pleasant holiday.
Excellent choice
Excellent choice for a group business trip!
I highly recommend Hotel Eleni! We stayed here as a corporate group, and our entire team was thoroughly impressed.
The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Another major plus is the fantastic location—just a short walk from the sea, which was perfect for relaxing strolls after work.
I strongly recommend this hotel for both business trips and leisure stays!
Needs working on
Returned after a lovely stay last year. Must say hotel looked a bit shabby. When we got to our room at 12pm it had not been cleaned, towels were dirty, quickly replaced with thread bare ones. Bedding sheets were ripped & grey looking as were towels. Food very good & waiting staff were all lovely & friendly. Shame the same couldn't be said of the bar staff, god what a surley rude bunch, especially Irina at the Paris bar, she definatly needs a career change, which is a little corner of reception 😀 Sunbeds seen better days, rusty & uncomfortable. Entertainment is virtually non existent, unless you enjoy bingo. All in all very disappointed .
Disappointed
To sum up our 10 day stay at Eleni we rate it at a disappointing 3 stars; it definitely does not live up to its 4 stars. Overall the complex and rooms are clean but our room smelt a bit musty on arrival which we concluded was to do with the shower being a bit mouldy. We could have complained but was happy with our balcony which faced the sun and sea so did not. During our stay we had to ask 3 times for toilet roll to be topped up; on one day we placed towels on floor indicating we need fresh ones , to come home find that the same ones (with original make up marks) we re-hung up. Sheets and towels need to be renewed in general. Our beds were changed 2 nights before we left and were made in a bizarre fashion; photos included. I reported this the next day and all day this was not fixed; I had to make 3 calls to reception for it to be fixed. The wine and cocktails were worse than usual on an all inclusive and we found the waiting staff are not very attentive. Most nights we ordered drinks from the bar ourselves. Food was mostly nice. Sun beds were rather uncomfortable; they tip back on many people until you realise where to put your weight; there is a big gap where your lower back sits. Entertainment brought in was terrible ; animation team were nice and hardworking as were the bar staff. Liked the location; suited us as we wanted a relaxed holiday, however overall unfortunately this hotel needs improvement.
