An amazing holiday 🥰 , the location, the room, the food, all fabulous. We went to the spa and had a beautiful massage, shout out to Istvan and Virginia ❤️. Will definitely return xx

Amazing view from room.
If it wasn’t for our room this would be a 3 out of 5. We were in room 440 - wow wow wow - panoramic sea views, with balcony that had a pool & sea view.
The hotel is not the cleanest. Carpet in hallways was very dirty. Food wasn’t great - in our 6 night stay, we only had breakfast once and evening meal once - didn’t enjoy so didn’t go back.
They brought clean bedding but never changed pillows cases during our stay ?
Life guards were excellent (eyes everywhere) and very good and ensuring everybody was safe.
If they could promise us that room again, we would be back, otherwise no.
Didn’t see it as a 5 star.

25th Wedding Celebrations
What a wonderful two weeks in September we had at this beautiful hotel.
As a keen swimmer, the huge pool was the one thing that sold it for me. We couldn’t fault the Entertainment crew; Justine, Ben, Bianka, Kata and Maria made our holiday. They are constantly on the go and we looked forward everyday to the water polo, aqua aerobics, pool, darts and French boules.
The cocktails were amazing and always served with a smile from Nirob. Then there was Asmita Poudel who always greeted us at dinner for a quick chat and to serve us drinks.
The rooms were very clean an and comfortable and the reception staff were very proactive if we had any queries. A big hello to George !
Food was lovely and plentiful. A good selection for every food taste.
Please don’t be put off by the negative reviews! We can’t wait to book again next year.
