Arrived late at night got into the room it was a studio. Was very clean and spacious. Only problems were the curtains didn't fit the patio door and were not black out. There was no sockets near the bed and no bedside tables. Went to reception in the morning to complain and ask for another room, but the hotel was full . Spoke to jet2 rep about the studio. We were given an extension lead for the one socket nearest to the bed. The cleaner fixed the curtain problem. Had to use a kitchen chair for a bedside table. The room needs a full renovation. Next the noise from the nightclub next door was terrible just boom boom boom all night until 5am obviously no sound proofing. The bar across the road, bay watch just as bad loud music all night until about 3/4am we couldn't sleep DO NOT GET BLOCK A. Now for the pool area, sunbeds very old just a few newish ones but enough for everyone. The sun brollies again needed replacing or cleaning up. Either broken or filthy. Now the pool was something else absolutely disgusting a large dirty ring around the top of gunk. Put my fingernail along it and it was like mud. Water kept dropping all the time we were there. Never seen the fountain on in the pool. Never seen anybody cleaning it. Couldn't fault the cleaners they came to the room every day either to clean it or make the bed and leave towels. Would not stay here again .
Tired rooms and a disgusting pool
Clean apartment but very tired. Smallest shower cubicle ever, with a trickle of water.
The pool area was an absolute disgrace. The water was dirty with white foamy scum floating on the surface. The waterline on the edge of the pool was green and needed a good scrub. The umbrellas around the pool were awful with black mould across them. We sat by the pool once but then chose to go to other pools for a much better experience.
Such a shame as the people at Friends bar below were lovely and happy to help with anything.
I wouldnt choose to return simply because of the state of the pool alone. Awful.

Perfect location
This is perfect location your within walking distance to lots of restaurants ,bars ,harbour ,shops and sight seeing too !! The apartments are basic but I’d say one of the best in paphos it had everything you needed and staff couldn’t have been more helpful!! Food and entertainment in the bar was excellent has well has the lovely people working there ,Only downside we heard the bass from the local nightclub on the corner till 4am we were on ground floor maybe if we stayed on 3rd floor we wouldn’t of heard it ,Will we be returning most definite has we loved it ,We booked this trip last minute had to surprise family who were due to fly out the day after little did we know at the time it’s one of there favourite places to go to eat so winner all round ,So big mega thanks to Joe & all the other staff see you all soon x

Excellent loved it .
Just back last night and we had a great time here . It’s a small friendly place with a great bar and good acts each evening ( Neil Diamond being our fav) . The rooms are dated and balcony’s small but if you’re in Cyprus you will barely be in the room. Loads of places to go out from here but also their own kitchen is very good . It felt like arrive as strangers and leave as friends sort of place and big shout out the the Polish waiteress who is so lovely for looking after us and must mention Grumpy George who when you get to know him is a diamond we think . If you’re looking for a relaxed no fuss self catering place then this is your place .
Does what it says on the tin!
If you’re wanting the 5 ⭐️ all inclusive then this isn’t for you but if you want cosy, family friendly with nightly entertainment then this will be up your street. Rooms are perfectly sized & the bed was very comfortable. You have aircon, fridge & a little oven (although we did eat out every day!). The living room does get warm so if anybody is sleeping in there I would recommend hiring a fan! The friends bar (which hotel is attached to) was always chilled during the day & buzzing of an evening. Yes the pool is small but you’re only 5 mins from the harbour so you can have a swim there! George & the staff were fantastic & friendly & couldn’t do enough for all guests. Will defo be back!
