From the moment I arrived I knew I was going to love it. We arrived late and was immediately met with some wraps and refreshing juice as it was late and we were hungry. We were offered a meal Voucher to use in replacement for missing a meal on our first night.

The porter was such a wonderful kind helpful man.

The reception staff gave a complimentary room Upgrade to side sea view as I wanted to be near to my families room.

I love how you are given allocated sunbeds so there’s no stress about sun bed wars. These can be changed as and when there are availability. We had 5 on the grass to begin with and then week 2 we had them by the pool.

The food is exceptional and so beautifully prepared. The level of food is what you’d expect from an à la cart restaurant. Speaking of which there are three on site which you can book once a week. These were absolutely exceptional.

The staff are unbelievably friendly professional and genuine. I literally felt they were like family. Big shout to Xania, Alla, George, Jordan from supervisors at restaurants they were so accommodating and kind. Massive asset to this brand and hotel.

What I likes was the welcome cocktail evening with free canapés. There’s no agenda to sell anything. It was literally a thank you and welcome from the senior management including the hotel Manager you regularly saw.

The location was perfect. I used the 24hr harbour medical across the road due to a back injury and the local MRI centre who were impeccable. This was like An amazing location for the hotel Nearby all amenities. 10 mins to the Mall and JUMBO!!!

I will defo return. There’s so much more I want to add. All I can think for “negatives” are that maybe the drainage of the tiles near pool entrance needed addressing as it flooded a lot.

Some of the evening acts were not suited to all tastes and a little boring if not your style.

The Asian restaurant has a beautiful outside seating but it was very bright and uncomfortable with sun and heat and we rushed our meal as couldn’t see and it was unbearable and staff couldn’t do anything - not even slightly turn the table. I think some very small touch of a sail shade or umbrella would have been fine.

Go you will not regret. This place is my top location and hotel

We had a great 12 days at this lovely hotel. There are a lot more positives than negatives. Breakfast is very good and considering the amount of people it run’s really smoothly. I found lunch and dinner a bit hit and miss but always found something acceptable.Quite a lot of dried up food on offer. Didn’t like all the fly’s around the bread section and on the salads. A small fan in those area’s would combat that. Service is very good, nothing is too much trouble. I do think that now this hotel accepts children they should up there game abit. The children’s pool area should be shaded not just for them but also the parents that need to watch there little ones. It gets hard work for them. If you moved the sun loungers from the side of the kids pool you would get parents buying drinks at the bar while watching the little ones but as it is we can’t see them. Also in the kids club (Which is great) You have a Door to keep the little ones Safe that will not lock. This should be sorted out ASAP. House keeping fantastic. Rooms great. Would i return? YES Thankyou ATG we had a lovely time.

We just arrived home from 11 nights, this was our 5th visit in a row and will try to write down in words why we love it so much. We are a family of four with two teenagers, 16 & 13. As soon as you arrive, you start to unwind immediately, arrival drinks while your luggage is taken to your room in the beautiful lounge / lobby area. The staff are all so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you - particular mention to Xenia and all the team who looked after us in Cafe royal, breakfast, lunch, dinner and Joanna at the pool bar, both amazing assets for the hotel. We booked half board, which gives the option to have either lunch or dinner, which is great to balance chilled days at the pool and eating out at some of the brilliant local restaurants. The quality of food in the hotel is first class I would say, so much choice for everyone - love at breakfast the buffet plus options for ordering omelettes / egg dishes (Benedict etc), lunch if eating in was buffet style again, varied every day, lots of choice and very high standard. We had dinner at the Seven Orchids, just as sun was setting - beautiful location and food was exceptional. We also had lots of fun at the Cypriot night, Cypriot dancing and great food and this year we were recommended to try the Garibaldi Italian restaurant (adults only, our kids big enough now) food was again excellent standard and we were really taken care of. Happy hour at the pool bar, between 5 and 6pm is a perfect time to relax and enjoy discounted drinks, such a nice vibe here after a day relaxing by the pool.

Sun beds are allocated on arrival for your whole stay and as we had been before, they had already booked them at our favourite spot - excellent service.

Entertainment team, this is really optional if you want to join in or not, our kids and my husband loved to take part in the darts, table tennis and water volleyball tournaments- great way to meet people and I enjoyed water aerobics. Matt, we loved seeing again - he’s great fun! Vlad & Erica too - thanks for the additional table tennis games!

Location of the hotel couldn’t be better too - right on the main walkway, short walk into paphos strip and harbour area and we had glorious sunsets every night. The hotel is also very comfortable and couldn’t ask for more with standard of rooms.

Beautiful island - lots to do and see in paphos. We just can’t wait to be back! Many thanks to the hotel for another special family holiday.
