This popular apartment hotel is situated just a two-minute walk from the sandy beach near Paphos. Guests can lounge by the sparkling outdoor pools and landscaped gardens or on the beach, while children will delight in the kids club and entertainment programme, and more adventuresome guests will find a variety of exciting activities such as scuba diving, archery, and water polo. The hotel also has a fitness centre with tennis courts and a spa complete with a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. Each apartment can accommodate a family of two adults and three children, or a group of two to four adults, and comes with a spacious furnished terrace, en suite bathroom, and fully-equipped kitchenette. Guests can cook in the apartment and dine al fresco on the terrace, or enjoy meals at the poolside restaurant and bar. This hotel is ideal for families and couples seeking a different type of beach holiday with more flexibility and privacy.

Great hotel
We are home from a great 10 night stay in Avanti Holiday Village, highly recommend this hotel. The staff were so helpful. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and have good facilities for self catering. The pools including the indoor were well maintained. The pool bar was lovely and the staff so friendly, there was a range of cocktails and drinks on offer and the iced coffee was delicious in the morning! The snack bar/ restaurant was great through the day for lunch, we ate there every day, pizzas were tasty and the gyros was really yummy! Reasonably priced to! Demetra the restaurant manager was lovely, always willing to help and really friendly! The hotel is in a great location restaurants close by, really close to the waterpark and about a 30 minute walk to the main harbour which was lovely down the waterfront. We will definitely be back to Avanti holiday village. We have fallen in love with Paphos.

The Avanti is my favourite hotel ever stayed there two months this summer going back again on August 15th can’t wait 😜 to see all the livery staff again my room 5034 was always spotless thanks to the lovely maids entertainment is fantastic led by the one and only Aish every one’s favourite Zoe at the front desk is so helpful can’t do enough for you bring it on only 6 days to go can’t wait 😜

Fantastic holiday at Avanti
Really enjoyed the Avanti and would definitely return . We had a 1 bedroom apartment for my partner and teenage daughter which was spacious , clean and well maintained- towels were replaced daily and requests were dealt with quickly. The air con was fantastic and the was huge and very comfortable. The pool was also huge and the pool bar was great- the bill was added to the room for convenience. Lovely family atmosphere around the resort and peaceful at night . There was a lovely restaurant which was very good value but wasn’t open in the evenings . There are a number of restaurants and shops within a 5 min walk but the harbour, where most of the restaurants were is around a 20 min walk. We mostly used Bolt taxis and the local company Demitris to get around as I didn’t really want to walk 20 mins in the heat . Overall a really fantastic experience- thankyou Avanti!

Perfect place to stay with family
2nd stay here (1st time in 2024). We love the location, about 35/40mins walk from the harbour but plenty of other places to shop / eat and drink at nearby.
We can’t fault the place. Pool is big, so when it’s busy you still have some space to paddle about in. Apartments are spacious and have everything you need to self cater.
Staff are friendly and welcoming. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. The greenery looks stunning against the blue skies and apartments.
We feel so relaxed here, just what you need from a holiday. Bar operates on either card payment or “tab” that you pay at the end of your stay. We just ask reception for our running total every few days to keep an eye on it.
If you’re travelling as a family I would absolutely recommend it.
Bus stop about 3 minute walk away and they are consistent and cheap. Taxi costs €10-14 to the harbour. Waterpark is 5 mins away in a taxi. Worth a visit, great day out.
