Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
The massage with Sandra is amazing. You need to book her. It was so good worth every penny One of the highlights in my holiday. The hotel is clean in the service and the staff are amazing
Great experience and therapist would recommend.
Resort is very nice and there’s plenty of food.
There are so many positives with this hotel: Cleanliness/Room/Staff - the room we had was spotless /cleaned every day. We had a side sea view room which was great. The air con in the room was brilliant. Powerful yet quiet. Staff were all friendly and professional. They were a credit to the hotel and company more broadly. Pool - Busy with loud music but with a nice vibe. My daughter loved it. Good life guard presence. The swim up adult bar was nice also. Food/Drinks Typical AI buffet which we expected but good quality. Never worried about eating the salad etc. We were standard AI so local drinks. All ok. We dined in the Asian restaurant one night which was lovely. Good to have some better wine.
Areas that could potentially be developed or may impact upon the choice to come here:
Location - Absolutely fine if you are prepared to get a taxi or bus into Paphos. Lovely walk along the sea front path but very hot to do even at night especially if you had little ones.
Entertainment - The entertainment team worked hard but it was difficult to understand what was being said at the pool due to the sound system. It also felt like there was a real gap for older children. My daughter is a mature 11 year old and while the kids’ club will have been great for younger ones, when we asked what was on offer for older/early teens/girls only football/colouring and play station were offered. She wasn’t interested in any of those choices. Perhaps some crafts etc aimed at slightly older girls could be offered. Pool games could also be significantly improved for slightly older children. Evening entertainment was also poor compared to other resorts we have travelled to. Definitely the weakest area.
We would return and recommend the hotel to others but would hope the entertainment side of things could be improved/more varied in the future. We also loved the in resort bag check in with Jet 2 meaning we could go straight to security without having to queue to drop bags off.
We arrived to the hotel room and it wasn’t quite what we had paid for their were brown marks on the bed and floor we had paid for a sea view however we didn’t get one we then tried to book a reservation for one of their restaurants we where then told that because we were only staying for 2 nights this wasn’t available to us and we could only use the main buffet restaurant after speaking to the manager he was able to get us a reservation for the next day and was able to have our room re cleaned later we went to our room to order room service we were then told they don’t do room service even though on their website it states they do after then complaining we where told they can do room service but for an extra cost however when we asked for a menu they said they didn’t have one it seems they keep their standards very low here and only up them once you have complained which is something that should not need to be done
