Louis Ledra Beach Hotel

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our Home Away From Home – Already Looking Forward to Visit Number Six! This was our fifth stay at the Louis Ledra Beach Hotel, and once again it exceeded every expectation. We stayed with my husband and our two adult children to celebrate my 60th birthday, and the entire team made it a holiday we'll never forget. From the moment you arrive, you're made to feel like part of the Louis Ledra family. We were warmly greeted by the amazing Athena, who is one of the reasons we keep returning. She is so kind, friendly and genuinely caring that she remembers guests and makes everyone feel special. The reception staff are equally welcoming, your luggage is taken to your room, and you're greeted with a welcome drink and delicious petit fours – such a lovely touch after travelling. Our room was immaculate throughout our stay. It was cleaned to an exceptionally high standard every day, with fresh towels and the minibar replenished daily. The housekeeping team do a fantastic job. The food is absolutely outstanding, with an incredible variety at every meal. The Anemi Restaurant deserves a special mention. There is so much choice, and the waiting staff are exceptional. They quickly get to know you and remember your favourite drinks. By the time you've helped yourself to your meal and returned to your table, your drinks are already waiting for you. It's these thoughtful little touches that make this hotel so special. For my 60th birthday, the staff completely surprised me by decorating our table beautifully with flowers, presenting me with a delicious birthday cake and a bottle of champagne. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that made my birthday unforgettable, and my whole family were overwhelmed by the kindness shown to us. The bar staff in both the lobby bar and the pool bar are always smiling, friendly and happy to help. A special thank you goes to Gina, who works tirelessly to ensure everything runs smoothly. She is always visible around the hotel, making sure guests are happy and everything is perfect. It's clear she takes great pride in what she does. Every member of staff works incredibly hard, often behind the scenes, to ensure every guest has the best possible holiday. Their professionalism, warmth and genuine care are what make this hotel stand out from so many others. The pool area is spotless, beautifully maintained and has plenty of sunbeds. Although some guests reserve them with towels early in the morning, we never had any difficulty finding somewhere to relax, as there are more than enough for everyone. The beach is directly behind the hotel, making it easy to move between the pool and the sea whenever you like. The entertainment team also deserve enormous praise. They work so hard throughout the day and evening, creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere with activities and entertainment suitable for all ages. Whether you want to join in or simply sit back and watch, there's always something to enjoy. The Louis Ledra Beach is the perfect hotel for anyone who wants to feel genuinely valued and looked after. It's the outstanding staff, the wonderful food, the spotless facilities and the personal touches that keep bringing us back year after year. Thank you to Athena, Gina, the restaurant team, bar staff, housekeeping, entertainment team and every single member of staff for making my 60th birthday such an unforgettable celebration. After five amazing holidays, we can honestly say this hotel feels like our second home, and we are already counting down the days until our sixth visit.

Lovely spot, friendly staff, excellent food. This hotel is so welcoming, from the moment you walk into the lobby and you are offered cakes and a drink, you know you are in for a lovely, relaxing holiday. Rooms are spotless and very comfortable, there are plenty of places to sit and relax on the comfy sunbeds and the pools are constantly cleaned. The buffet is varied and the self serve salad bar is wonderful. Highly recommend a stay here.
