Stayed at queens bay hotel absolutely fabulous from the room we had to the staff donna Ivan pambos all the cleaners was absolutely amazing food was absolutely amazing big thanks the chef reception staff were so polite and courteous would definitely recommend see you definitely next year queens bay your hotel is a credit to pathos thank you

Lovely hotel
Hotel was very very clean. Rooms spotless. Beautiful views of the ocean. I went all inclusive and did struggle some days to find something I liked but never went hungry. Saw 3 good shows singers dancers. Just 1 was a let down. Nothing but slow songs people on holiday want to have fun.just my opinion. The staff absolutely make this Hotel. From the bar staff to the cleaners. All friendly and always have a smile for you. Liked every one of them.so a couple of negative things but haven't stopped me booking again for next year. As the positive overlook the negatives.

Happy holiday at Queens Bay
Absolutely amazing. Comfy beds , very clean. Food amazing and lovely wine. And the staff!!! The staff are incredible- friendly , kind and made our stay even more enjoyable

Relaxing and felt very spoilt
Hotel and staff were exceptional and our stay was incredible. Didn’t really need to leave the hotel premises the grounds and facilities were perfect. Food was amazing as were the sunsets. All in all Paradise 😊

Amazing hotel with the best sunsets
Been here a few times as we love it. Although the location isn't great for getting about, the hotel is so good. Management and Staff are all amazing. Good food and drinks, however the drinks service after dinner is usually very slow. The 2 drinks machines were great at breakfast but because of where they are placed at the entrance, there was always a queue getting in the way of people trying to enter, these could be better placed. The thing that got us hooked was the daytime entertainment. Sadly, since they moved it to the front of the hotel in an enclosed patch, so far too hot to enjoy now. Went to boules a few times but no organisation, JD entertainment guy only seems to speak to people he likes and seems disinterested. Took the bucket of boules out and left us to it saying he had to go and do stretching or meditation or something. Not terribly friendly in our opinion. So ok if you want to do the water polo or aqua fun. Had a great time and loved the new "quiet" bar. Rumba the waitress was so good and worked so hard, but needed help on busy nights.The only negative thing I would say is THE MUSIC - round the new bar and pool is the same 5 tracks on a loop with constant bass. It even annoyed the younger people in our group. We all like music, but it needs to be a bit quieter and more varied.
All said and done, we had a great time and with a few tweaks would be even better.
