Ivi Mare by Louis Hotels

We have stayed at the Ivi Mare 3 times now and each time it gets better! First of all the staff are an absolute credit to this hotel, without them the experience wouldn’t be the same. Just to name a few Galliello, Barbara, Mohammed, Diana, Sofia, Angela and the new young girl in the Palletes restaurant whose name I didn’t manage to get. We have also noticed that in the last 3 years of going to this hotel is the management team has remained the same and they are also a massive asset to this hotel as they are a constant presence around the different areas of the hotel.

The second biggest quality of this hotel is the Food and Drink quality, honestly we say this every year we have ate at some top quality restaurants and the Ivi Mare in the main trumps most of them for quality especially when it comes to the food. The meat in the dishes is second to none the chefs are also brilliant at cooking up different dishes every day there is never any repetition which is great in an All Inclusive hotel. The drinks are also top quality the guys will make custom cocktails that aren’t on the menu if you ask them and they have the ingredients. The wines are all really nice too they have a selection of White, Rosé and Red to choose from.

We noticed some subtle changes this year to the decor as well some of the chairs/sofa’s that were in reception have now all been replaced which gave the area a fresh new feel and the outdoor seating in the bar and restaurant has also been updated which is good to see as we have seen hotels in the past not update these small touches which usually ends up being their downfall but not here. If I were to recommend one change to make in the coming year the white leather seats in the bar and restaurant could be due an update for the coming year.

The room was absolutely nipping clean and the Sea View room was a beautiful touch the fully stocked mini bar in the room is a brilliant feature of the All Inclusive too. One of my favourite rooms in the hotel is the indoor pool and spa area. Lying out in 35 to 40 degree heat the freezing cold pool down there is absolutely brilliant and a godsend in the summer months.

Overall we will definitely be coming back to the Ivi Mare the place is completely faultless we spoke to other returning guests whilst we were there and guests that were there for the 1st time and every single one of them didn’t have a bad word to say about the place and all said they would come again. The App to order from your sun bed is an exceptional touch and that alone is worth coming back for! Thanks again to everyone at the Ivi Mare for an incredible stay.

Had an amazing body scrub and full body massage, by Liza. Couldn’t recommend it enough. Was treated so professionally and she made the whole experience so so relaxing. The rooms were spotless and smelt divine. Felt so relaxed during and after. I actually fell asleep. thank you so much would definitely recommend if you get the chance.
