Wine Tasting Experience
I echo all of the recent reviews about this wonderful Hotel.
I would just like to make mention of the Wine Tasting Experience. Free of any extra Charge. Bookable in advance or on site if availability allows. We booked early in our stay, in order to identify our favourite wines, which we then had during our evening meals. You can book as many times as you wish as the wines on offer change. Some evenings the wine is paired with food for you. We went on two occasions and thoroughly enjoyed both visits.
The Star of the experience is the Top Class Sommelier, Georgia.
Her knowledge was without question. There was no pretentiousness and she had a great sense of humour.
If you’ve never tasted wine properly, other than to just through it back, then you will definitely learn something from Georgia. A five star experience and a must visit. Many Thanks

It’s a five star rating for the second year running.
We have just returned from this amazing hotel. It is still among the best we have experienced. World wide. It is large, so one does not feel crowded, the beach is lovely, and all of the facilities are very good. The food is extremely excellent in both the buffet and all of the other restaurants. The staff are wonderful, helpful professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Maria, who I think is customer services, is amazing, caring and helpful. I do not know the name of our cleaner, but she is extremely good. We were in room 340 for the second year. I cannot praise this hotel too highly for e dry facility, cleanliness nd value for money.

Fantastic for young families!
What an incredible hotel, we couldn’t fault a thing. From the moment we checked in (a last minute, on-the-day booking due to a horrendous AirBnb stay) we were taken care of, upgraded, and made to feel like we were finally on holiday. Every single member of staff went above and beyond for us and our 1 year old daughter. We always loved seeing Ava in the restaurant who our baby was obsessed with! The only thing we would say is the mosquitos and wasps are a pain, but that’s no fault of the hotel! Perhaps having the kids mini disco inside somewhere or a different time, as at dusk we got eaten alive by mozzies despite being covered in repellent! But we would not hesitate to book here again. The water park and farm onsite as well as several pools to choose from meant we always had something to do and keep our very busy 1 year old happy! Thank you so much for saving our holiday!

Exceeded my expectations
I loved every second of my short vacation at Grecotel Costa Botanica. Everyone are super nice and kind beyond everything I experienced on Corfu before. From cleaning and service staff to management - top notch! And let's not forget the facilities - not fully a 5-star exterior, but I certainly enjoyed the 5-star interior and all extras including the spa area but also the boxing set up of the gym. I will certainly come back next summer!

Management and customer service at its finest
The hotel service is exceptional I had one poor meal in the Asian restaurant the manger came to understand. Evanthia genuinely wanted to improve the hotel. No defensiveness at all just pure passion and I really appreciated this. Anyone who wants to improve an already good product to move it forward is a winner in my view.
The Italian was exceptional the caprese salad so fresh. The lamb chops on the stone a real spectacle.
The Greek and fine dining were also a good quality meal and well worth booking.
As with any hotel buffets can be the same daily although don’t miss out on the grill on the main square even at breakfast time.
Overall I had an exceptional 7 days away.
Would I go back probably not but would I go to an equivalent Grecotel I certainly would. I like to go to different places always love when à la carte as it breaks up nights as a solo traveller.
The staff professionalism is exceptional. And the ice cream and crepes a lovely touch and worth the walk from the pool to beach.
Rooms really modern and comfortable wifi is great which is a must.
Even though my kids grown up the water park was fun. Nothing wrong with reminiscing now they are too old to come with dad.
Worth a visit 100%
