Exceptional hospitality
Memorable stay at TRYP - largely due to the staff who were exceptional.
Travelled in early September with my husband and teenage daughter. The hotel itself was spotless and well placed with restaurants, amenities and beach nearby. An early morning walk to the beach to watch the sunrise is an absolute treat.
What made our first trip to Corfu was the hotel staff, who went out of their way to ensure we had the best experience. Special shout out to Aris who saved our quest for authentic Gyros, Jenny and Michalis who greeted us with a smile on reception each morning, Yllka who kept our room spotless, Leonidas the breakfast king who intuitively appeared with ice cold drinks on very hot mornings and Manos/Georgia at the pool bar. We cannot emphasise enough how friendly and hospitable the staff were - truly a shining example of exceptional hospitality.
Corfu old town is also a must - as is the BBQ boat trip which can be booked next door to the hotel with Helga.
Excellent Stay at the TRYP
We recently had a family wedding in Corfu and had 4 couples, two with young children, at the Wyndham TRYP. Even before I got here the hospitality of this team was evident, as they manager called me personally to confirm my rooms and ask if I needed any extras. When we got here, the staff were extremely accommodating and helped us with late arrivals, transportation. late night food deliveries, extra room set up for young children, etc. Every aspect of this stay was outstanding. I really felt that the team here treated us like family and were available to do everything to make our stay as welcome and pleasant as possible. We had standard rooms and deluxe rooms and all were excellent and well appointed. The hotel decor is modern and inviting. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We had lunch by the pool and enjoyed the spacious outdoor facilities. Excellent for children with plenty of space to enjoy outside. The hotel is located in a central area of Dassia with plenty of restaurants, shops, and food stores nearby. Beach was one block away. Parking was available in the back of the hotel and easy to get in and out. I travel a lot and have stayed in many places but TRYP is one of the best due to the friendly and helpful staff who made the whole experience pleasant and easy for us.
Lovely hotel with excellent staff and service.
Such a beautiful hotel. Not necessarily for the building or the position but the people and the service. The hotel is on a main road through the resort so request a room on the back over looking the beautiful pool and gardens. The hotel staff were all so thoughtful, kind and attentive at all times. Many 5 star hotels could learn from this team. The breakfast buffet was immense with very wide selection of anything you could wish for and so fresh. Lunch at the pool bar was also delicious and fresh. Thankyou for a lovely week.
