Would definately go again when in Corfu again
Sad to be leaving and would definately go again when in Corfu. Good base for exploring Corfu. Amazing restautants, pools, floating waterpark and gardens and staff were helpful and very friendly. They even organised a birthday cake last miniute for a birthday for us
Family experience
I had a great experience in Hyatt Ziva . Starting from the welcoming experience at the reception to the room service and cleanliness . Most importantly, the management intervention whenever we needed anything was a great indication that everything is looked after and not left to surprises. Good luck and definitely will see you soon .
Very nice but stayed at better
Very nice. Clean. Staff were fantastic. The main feedback we gave:
- No table service at the theatre when the evening entertainment is on. No staff taking drinks. Cue was 5-10 mins to get a drink.
- No app for round the pool so service takes ages, not enough servers doing the pool
- Pappos Greek only open 3 nights a week. So we could only book 2 à la cart restaurants on the 6th and 7th night - our last 2. We didn’t end up going and just stayed at the buffet.
Corfu at its best!
An excellent hotel. Can't speak highly enough. The all inclusive package exceeded expectation, the rooms were fantastic with amazing sea views and the proximity to the airport a bonus. If I had my way, I would try and employ more Greek staff as they are always more charming and please please have more traditional Greek dishes available. Greek food is amongst the best in the world so lets see more of it! No Gyros was a big downer for me, but only a 10 min walk to get a real one. I would most certainly recommend this hotel as a great family holiday destination. I have done multiple holidays to Greece and this was my 7th visit to Corfu and it didn't disappoint! Thank you. Ed
