Fantastic hotel
Great hotel with great staff and great service . This hotel strives to offer 5 star service in every aspect of the hotel . We particularly mention to Maria on reception and Karen in the restaraunt . The food is excellent but sometimes, the hot buffet on an evening, can be below par. Only a minor point but if you strive for 5 star rating you have to be consistent . We have stayed at this hotel every year ,for the past 10 years , which is a reflection of its enduring charm and quality. We whole heartedly reccomend this hotel , but please don’t all come in September or we might miss out if it’s fully booked 😭

More than we could have imagined ❤️
Our stay at Corfu Holiday Palace was so much more than we could have ever expected. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself is beautiful, with its own swimming pool, private beach which has its own lift, and — most importantly — an incredible view over the Ionian Sea. And the hotel food… absolutely remarkable! I’m going to miss those meals so much. 😍
Before our arrival, I contacted the hotel and asked if they could arrange a little surprise for my boyfriend, as we were arriving on his birthday. But what was waiting for us on his birthday was something even I could never have imagined.
Instead of the standard room we had booked, lovely Eleonora (Guest Experience Officer) had upgraded us to a beautiful suite with two balconies and an absolutely breathtaking view of the Ionian Sea. The room was decorated with balloons, and on the table there was a beautiful fruit platter, a bottle of wine, and a personal handwritten note from sweet Despina from the Guest Relations Office❣️
We thought that was already everything — and we were honestly SO amazed and grateful.
But some days later, Eleonora surprised us again by giving us drink vouchers for two of the hotel’s bars, so we could enjoy our holiday even more. What a thoughtful gesture! ❤️
All of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone we met greeted us with a smile and in the morning, we were greeted by cheerful ‘kalimera’ greetings which made the whole atmosphere feel so warm and pleasant.
The service during both breakfast and dinner was also excellent. One person who especially stood out to us was John L, who often happened to serve our drinks during dinner. He was extremely professional, attentive and had such a personal approach. It was little details like this that made us feel genuinely welcomed and looked after.
Our entire holiday was absolutely wonderful and thanks to the incredibly kind and caring people at Corfu Holiday Palace, it became even more special and memorable.
A huge thank you to the whole team for making our stay unforgettable. We will truly cherish these memories and would warmly recommend Corfu Holiday Palace to anyone looking for a beautiful stay with exceptional hospitality. We would love to come back one day! 💙🇬🇷

Amazing
We had such a lovely stay here and honestly didn’t want to leave!
The hotel has a beautiful location and the views are amazing. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel and the whole experience.
But what really stood out to us was the staff. Everyone we met was genuinely so kind, friendly, and helpful. A special thank you to the guest relations team, who were incredibly thoughtful and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. They really went the extra mile, and even arranged a lovely surprise for us, which made our stay even more special.
You can really tell when a hotel has a team that actually cares about their guests, and that was definitely the feeling we had here.
We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable! ❤️

From the moment we arrived, right till the end of our 10 day stay, the staff were so lovely, helpful and made us feel really welcome.
The hotel was beautiful and so relaxing and having the lift to the beach was so accessible and made our stay even more enjoyable.
We’ve never felt a feeling like we want to return to a hotel like we did at Corfu Holiday Palace and everyone we spoke to said a similar thing, it was either there 3rd or 4th time coming back, or they definitely would be back and we hope to do the same!
Couldn’t recommend this place enough, special thanks to the amazing Bar staff at the Keffi bar who were on at night and the pool bar staff, especially Jameboy!
Overall our stay was definitely a 5 star experience and we hope to return to the hotel sometime in the future!
Lovely hotel - highly recommend !
I must start by praising Eleonora (the excellent Guest Relations person) who will go above and beyond to ensure guests are well taken care of - nothing is too much trouble for her as we discovered ! We had booked a sea view room but there were none available due to the popularity of the hotel, so Eleonora very kindly arranged for us to be upgraded to Bungalow 11, which had a lovely view of the sea and Mouse Island from the enormous terrace. Eleonora is really an exemplary staff member and she also followed-up with us the following day to ensure everything was to our satisfaction - we can’t praise her enough for her excellent guest relations skills.
The hotel, grounds, restaurants and bar are really lovely. The buffet breakfast and evening dinner buffet had such a huge choice of hot and cold dishes and it all tasted wonderful and we were extremely impressed with the dishes on offer - well done to the chefs ! The swimming pool was big and clean with lots of sun loungers for everyone. There is a funicular that will take you down to the private beach where the atmosphere is laid back and the sea is really fabulous to swim in (you might need swim shoes - we used ours, but some people didn’t seem to need them).
There is a bit of noise from the airplanes if you’re on that side of the building, as the runway is very close - but that said, it’s really exciting to watch them come in to land !
