Situated in the heart of Corfu's party capital Kavos, this charming resort enjoys a perfect location for any kind of traveller. The resort offers a fantastic view of the Greek mainland and oozes class and style, being an exciting and comfortable place to spend a great holiday and enjoy magnificent sunrises from the unique and privileged position of the beach side bar. With several types of accommodation on offer, there is something to suit every taste and budget. Guests can choose from either superior self-catering, located in the Island Bamboo building, superior room only, situated in the Island Beach building to the standard annex rooms, which are located off the main site but situated within a short walk of the main buildings.
All our guests may enjoy the facilities offered. Guests can enjoy breakfast and half board on site at an extra charge if they wish. Guests staying at this beach hotel can enjoy umbrellas and sun loungers.
All rooms offer furnished balconies or patios, refrigerators, and coffee makers. Showers and desks are also available to guests.

Terrible experience
Travelled here with my friends for a relaxing holiday. First off the rooms were absolutely disgusting ants everywhere, stains on mattress, writing on the door, bathrooms in filth and I could go on. The reps were selling stupidly overpriced boring activities and straight lying to us and then when it came to the activity it would be completely different. The staff were so rude especially one of the owners who lurks resort at night intimidating and threatening the guests for walking to rooms after being out on the night, this happened on multiple ovations. The resort absolutely stank the whole time like pure sewage and the housekeepers were intrusive and never knocked and came in multiple times while I was on the toilet.

Location is perfect and the beach is great. The staff are friendly and the pool is ideal for the size of the hotel.
Wasps. The wasps are a nightmare. They are everywhere all the time.
Our room was in the annex with no WiFi and no security. As girls travelling alone it wasn’t ideal. The room was a newly renovated one but lots left to complete still. The bathroom handle came off in my hand, dents in walls, marks everywhere, both finished decorating in the bathroom.
The shower doesn’t drain well causing the bathroom to flood, the bedding was dirty on arrival with a very soft pillow and only a sheet to sleep under. The lack of storage on the bedrooms is an issue. We had to live out our suitcases. As only 1 hanging rail was there for clothing.
There was an ant infesting all over the balcony.
Overall it just needs a bit of money putting into it as it has so much potential. The dj is great.
The boat trip we were sold from the hotel was disappointing but the nightlife made up for it. We went the week after the summer season and it was very quiet but still enjoyable. Very warm and the drinks were nice but very strong!
We paid £25 to extend the room for our final day but had to move rooms as it was already booked. The room we moved to was room C by reception and was absolutely vile. It was damp, stained and smelt awful. The shower was good but smelt of rotten eggs. If this wasn’t only a room to dump our bags and shower before going home I would have been extremely disappointed and would have left immediately.
Would return once money invested.
Disappointing
Very Strange set up- the hotel itself is lovely in a great location at the centre of Kavos, HOWEVER, we arrived quite late to be told that we were staying in an apartment 20 minute walk away from the hotel when we arrived in the apartment which was located behind a kebab shop it was dark and would not recommend if your a young group of women. We raised our concerns and were told we could upgrade to a room at the hotel for a fee which I wasn’t prepared to pay for having already paid to stay at that hotel! They did let us know we could use the hotel at any time which I did find funny. I’m not complaining about the staff most of them were lovely I just think it’s very strange to be moved to another location when you have purchased something. I didn’t book an air bnb I booked that specific hotel for the location. I had a great time in Corfu and kavos is great fun but I would not recommend this hotel Sorry

Honest review of our holiday on 10th to 17th September.

We stayed at island beach resort superior rooms, where we were greeted by the lovely receptionist & taken to our rooms, to drop our luggage off.

We were met by the hotel rep Syd, who was full of knowledge of Corfu & beyond, kept us in the loop everyday of trips we could book onto, events happening at the resort & surrounding areas, recommended places to eat & introduced you to other resort guest. Syd was on hand everyday at the resort & was a pleasure to be around. If you needed anything he was your guy.

We visited Corfu town as one of our trips that we booked through Syd at the resort.
The night manager Alkis was our driver for the evening. He was very pleasant, friendly, a good driver & was there early to pick us up to head back to the resort. I get bad travel sickness & Alkis let me swap with another guest to sit upfont, i was very grateful, pure gentleman. Thank you Alkis! Alkis was on hand in the evening if you needed anything, he was your guy, always greeted you with a smile.
- We visited Albania 🇦🇱 through a 3rd party as we had already booked before holiday.
Just wow, beautiful views. We visited the Blue eye & Saranda, was well worth the day trip. Tour guide was lovely & made sure everyone was together.
- We visited Blue Lagoon & Sivota, we booked with Syd at the resort. Pick up location was just a few feet outside the resort. Trip was amazing. Lots of time for swimming at blue lagoon 1hr, then headed to Sivota for 2 hrs, we had lunch at a beautiful restaurant, time for photos & then headed to the captains "real blue lagoon" for another 1hr swim & photos & to the caves for the perfect photos instead the cave. Had the best day.
-Island beach had a very entertaining, excellent Dj during the day & evenings. Mani is a great Mc & his mixes were on point to get the vibes going & Karaoke was a blast. Haven't laughed so much in a long time.

Bar staff at the resort were excellent, always smiling, happy to serve you & never kept you waiting to get served. Always seemed happy to see you coming. Drink & food prices were really good! We had the wristbands from booking tours with Syd & every night we got 241 on cocktails

Dimitri is the most loveliest soul, lots of life knowledge & i will miss the inspirational chats.

Max the dog was just strutting around the resort, loving life & loved to get all the attention.

We booked with the resort for our transport back to the Airport. Fabio kept us laughing the whole way, (mostly taking the piss outta me but that was just our banter together), he's an absolute gentleman.

We stayed in the superior room at the resort & was so beautiful, very clean, air conditioning, House keeping staff are very nice, always said hello with a big smile, always knocked to check if guests were in the room & asked if you needed anything like towels, bed linen ect..

If you stay here, you will be sure to have the best holiday with all round amazing people. I'd give them 5 stars. The view was stunning.

Great holiday
Is a brilliant place very nice people treat u like kings Queens any wants to come here you will have such a lovely time beach island kavos is so nice we will come here again xx 😊
