Built on a peninsula in Agia Triada Beach of Palaiokastritsa Village, the 4-star Akrotiri Beach features 2 pools, and free WiFi in public areas. Rooms have a private balcony overlooking the Ionian Sea.
The air conditioned rooms at Akrotiri Beach are elegantly decorated in light colours and feature wooden floors. Each includes a mini fridge and a flat-screen, satellite TV. Some rooms have a separate seating area with sofa.
Breakfast and dinner are served at the hotel's sea-view restaurant. Guests can enjoy lunch at the snack bar next to the infinity pool. The sun terrace bar offers panoramic views of the scenic Alipa Marina. Live music and dancing shows take place during the week.
Once a week the hotel offers free transfer to Corfu Old Town, an UNESCO World Heritage site, 22 km away. Staff at the 24-hour front desk can arrange car rental while free private parking is available

Great location But
This hotel is in a really lovely location. I had a superior west beach view room. The view from the room was stunning but I could have done without the back beat of music from the beach from 11am to 11pm. If I had had an east view room it would have been quiet.
The room had no drawers and no full length hanging rail. The lack of drawers means that you have to use your suitcase. In a 5 star hotel?
The patio door locks are sub standard. On the first morning I became locked out on the patio. (Technician said it was because where the handle was when I shut the door from the outside). The front desk said it had never happened before. Really! I asked for the manager to be informed but no-one ever got back to me.
The beach area is very nice and swimming is safe as it is a roped off area where boats are not allowed.
The rocky beach would have been wonderful but after being in the sea for about 5 mins a motor boat passed within 5 metres of me when I was about 5 metres out. There seems to be no awareness of the dangers that motor boats are to swimmers.
The staff in restaurant and bars were efficient and friendly.
It is not pleasant walking from the hotel as there is a lot of traffic and no pavements.

Superbly located hotel
We had a wonderful four nights at the Akrotiri. It's location is superb! Balanced on a rocky peninsula, it benefits from fantastic views both sides. The facilities are good and the room was great with a small balcony over-looking the bay. The pool isn't the biggest and was very popular, but it was nicely done out. You have access to two 'beaches', one of which isn't really a beach, but access to rocks to swim off and was one of the highlights of our stay.
Food in the hotel is good. We didn't eat at the buffet, but at the a la carte restaurant and thought it was excellent. The breakfast is bountiful and apart from freshly squeezed orange juice it didn't lack anything. The staff are very friendly and efficient.
If you stay here and want to head into Corfu Town, don't get a cab. The bus goes from outside the hotel, costs €2.80 and is quick and comfortable. There's also a nice bar called Tango 40 yards up the road with fantastic views for a sunset beer.

A perfect stay on Corfu
Beautiful location overlooking the water on both sides. It was a great place to be during the crowded August holidays, as the hotel has private beach loungers and easy sea access. Food and staff were outstanding, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. We will return.

Wonderful
An absolute hidden gem in Paleokastritsa! We had a wonderful experience at Akrotiri Beach Resort & Spa, perfectly situated with breathtaking views and an incredible atmosphere. A special thank you to Nicole Voutsina, the Reservations Manager, whose exceptional professionalism, kindness, and prompt assistance made our planning and communication completely seamless. Her warm hospitality truly stands out. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Corfu. We cannot wait to return
Beautiful stay and friendly staff
This was a perfect first stop on our holiday with family (over 16 year old kids). The hotel was in a great location between the open ocean and a bay, so water views on both sides - really stunning. We booked the kids into a 2 bedroom family room, and we chose the superior east side ocean view room, which was great (morning sun and missed the very hot afternoon sun on the balcony which was perfect). The pool was beautiful with a great view, and we walked down the steps for ocean swims which was also great. It was the best breakfast spread we had in Greece and the staff were so friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful (including when we had a flat tyre and also with restaurants and the beach club nearby). Thanks for a wonderful stay - hope to return one day!
